She Adjusts Her Workouts Depending On Her Diet

Fernández opened up about her approach to diet and exercise in an interview. She says that the amount of exercise she does varies each day. Fernández says that she adjusts it depending on "It's a lie what some say 'I eat all day and I don't gain weight'. I'm normal, and if I miss something, I add an hour of training to spend energy."

She Builds Muscle

In the same interview, Fernández revealed her favorite exercises. "Since I do a lot of dancing, I work on bodybuilding," she says. "And what I pay the most attention to is working on the buttocks and legs. For the arms, I do machines with little weight, but with series of many repetitions to tone and tone. I do abdominals for the belly. For the tail, I focus on exercises with weights to strengthen the buttocks."

She Does Yoga

One type of workout Fernández enjoys doing is practicing yoga. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself doing poses in her home.
