She Exercises Almost Every Day

LeAnn prioritizes her workouts. She aims for four days a week, no matter where she is. "I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it's easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room," she told Us Weekly. Tennis is another one of her favorite forms of fitness.

2

She Does a Lot of Glute Work

LeAnn focuses on her glutes. "I do like my butt," she confessed to Us. "I did something on Instagram called Tight Tush Tuesday and everybody kind of freaked out about it, so it's become a thing. I work pretty hard on my butt."

3

She Uses Workout Buddies

LeAnn is a true believer in the workout buddy system. She told Us that her husband, Eddie Cibrian, is "on the same page" as her when it comes to health and fitness. "He likes to be a boy when he works out and make noises and grunt and stuff. I'm like, 'I can't even deal with you right now,'" she revealed. They go on walks and hikes together, take SoulCycle classes, and help each other with healthy eating. "When I first met him, he was not the healthiest eater at all," she says. "But I think I've gotten him over on my team."

4

She Eats Healthy…Most of the Time

LeAnn eats a healthy diet, most of the time! Usually she drinks a green smoothie in the morning, and eats a healthy lunch and dinner, maybe something with a cauliflower base, topped with a protein like marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken, and lots of greens and veggies."Sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese," she told Women's Health.

She Gets Her Zen On

LeAnn is a big fan of meditation and shares her chants on social media. She even released a chant record, CHANT: The Human & The Holy, in 2020. "I've been creating chants to infuse and send out alongside of my @soulofeverle candles and I had no idea how they would be received, or how much you would connect with my new adventures. I felt so inspired by the overwhelming LovE that you sent my way that I knew I wanted to expand upon the clear nod from the universe that I was on to something special," she wrote.
