Little Mix singer and star of Boxing Day star Leigh-Anne Pinnock is back in Jamaica, embraced by its warmth. The British star has Barbadian and Jamaican ancestry. “Finally Made it Home,” she captioned one swimsuit photo (perhaps she was wearing one of her @inaseashell brand outfits), adding a few hearts and the Jamaican flag. “There's no place like it,” she captioned some others (including ones of her family). “It's telling myself ‘you're beautiful!’ I think it's so important to tell yourself that every day and believe it, and know that you're amazing, and know that you're incredible and that there is only one of you. That's what's special,” she told Glamour UK.
2. She Said She’s Gone Vegan

Pinnock has said she’s gone vegan, avoiding animal products. “According to Harvard Medical School, there's an ever-growing amount of evidence that shows eating a vegan diet can help you live a long, healthy life. It can help lower your risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease, aid in weight loss, and even help prevent colon and breast cancer, to name a handful of the benefits,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That!
3. She Doesn’t Skip Leg Day

“Leg day… 80kg.. this is the girl who couldn’t do a push-up a month ago,” she wrote once on an Instagram post. “There are many reasons for keeping the legs strong including reducing fall risk, improving metabolism, and getting out of a chair with more ease. Additionally, according to a British study done on twins, published in 2015, there is also a link between brain health and leg strength,” says the Mayo Clinic.

“Honesty. I love it when my friends can tell me, ‘Leigh-Anne, you're being a little bit of a diva, just slow your row.’ I love that. A friend that is there for me, I feel like that's so important. I'm very lucky to have the same group of friends that I had in school, and I'm still super close with them. I feel like I wouldn't be able to navigate the world without them. They're everything. Also my sisters in Little Mix, they're not even friends, they are sisters. They are my family.”
5. She Loves Her Kids

Pinnock shared some photos of her babies, too. “[Motherhood] has been the most incredible journey I've ever been on. I am just so in awe of them. And I feel like the luckiest person every day to wake up and see their smile and... I'm going to get emotional...” she told Glamour UK, welling up.
