As part of her training for the WWE, Leila spends a lot of time boxing. "Total Knockout," she captioned this post. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs."

She Has a Workout Buddy

Leila has a go-to workout buddy: Her husband. "Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success. #couplegoals #fitness #bodybuilding #prowrestling," she captioned a recent post.

She Walks on the Treadmill

In the same post she starts her workout with a little cardio, walking on the treadmill. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

She Soaks in the Hot Tub

Leila also loves relaxing in hot water, taking baths and soaking in the hot tub. "Coming in HOT," she captioned this post. How can hot water do your body and mind good? Taking a bath has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that it may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

She Rides Horses

Leila loves riding horses. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
