1. She Exercises
“Exercise gives you endorphins and it actually reduces your stress,” she told GMA. “Ever since I've done exercises I feel more I have more energy, I’m more happy, I have distracted myself, I'm doing something for me—which is the exercises are for me, nobody else and I just feel healthier. If it is not exercises, it can be a hobby, anything that you want, cooking, watching old movies….”
2. She Seeks Treatment

“Go and get help because some things you can't manage and you need a person or a specialist tp help you manage or control what you have. I can say from my experience that before I got treatment, I was a mess I didn't know what to do. I went finally to a therapist to seek treatment and she showed me how to actually manage my OCD and after that everything became more easy for me and I was able to understand a little bit more of my condition. She or he will tell you everything about your condition and it just makes your life a lot easier so I do recommend getting treatment because whatever you're going through, they’re going to help you.”
3. She Takes Her Medication

If you need medication, “please take your medication. It is very important. I can see a difference when I don't take them and when I do take them, Medication is for something that you're lacking and I have improved throughout the years tremendously because of my medication and right now I am super focused and I take them every single day.”
4. She Surrounds Herself With Good People

“Surround yourself with people that love you and support you,” she told GMA. “It is very important to know that people that have good energy will give your life good energy and you will be happier and when you have a lot of disorders, you dotend to feel excluded and alone and with people that love you and that they have the best intentions for you, you feel safem so I highly recommend to have anybody to give you the most joy in the world always near you.”
5. If You Have a Medical Issue, Learn About It

“One of the most important things is to educate yourself on your condition. By knowing and understanding your condition, you can start to figure out whether what you're doing with your treatment and your medication is actually working. I is important to know what you're dealing with,” she says,” and what disorder you have and you can also even find out if other people have the same conditions so you can help them as well, you can prevent a lot of things from happening by knowing and understanding your condition and that's what happened when I found out my condition—everything happened.”
