I travel a lot, so I have to make sure that my immune system is strengthened and that I don't get sick all the time. Diet plays a very important role in this. Even if you have skin problems, for example, this is often due to poor nutrition,” she said.

Lena is all about the occasional cheat meal. “I like to eat, but always in moderation. Eating is also good for the psyche, so you should treat yourself to something every now and then,” she said. “Almost every model says that too, but unfortunately I really like everything that is cute. Chocolate is definitely one food I can't live without! But you can also use a few tricks here, such as preferring dark chocolate to whole milk chocolate, as these types are significantly healthier due to the high cocoa content.”

"In any case. Sport and nutrition go together like Bonnie and Clyde,” Lena said about her philosophy about wellness. “Without one, the other has much less effect. Sport and nutrition support each other.”
