Lexi Underwood is heating up the Bahamas in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Cruel Summer beauty shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while on the beach. “Sorry in advance for my behavior this month,” she captioned the Instagram snaps. “So freaking Gorgeous,” commented one of her followers. “Serving beauty & elegance on the daily!” added another. How does the 20-year-old approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.

1. She Practices Self-Care

Los,Angeles,-,Aug,10:,Lexi,Underwood,At,The,VarietyShutterstock

Lexi practices self-care. On Sundays, she tells HelloGiggles, “I’ll wake up, play a board game with my family, talk [with] my friends, or play PS4. I’ll also read and write. I love writing and creating my own content. I’m actually writing a script right now.”

2. She Meditates

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,14:,Lexi,Underwood,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

“In all honesty, I’ve been going to sleep really late. But before I go to sleep, I’ll meditate,” Underwood told HelloGiggles. “I’ve been reading Self-Meditation by Barbara Ann Kipfer; it’s been my go-to meditation book.”

3. She Does Yoga

Lexi is also a yogi. “I also love to exercise and do yoga on Sundays; it cleanses my body. Every time I do yoga, I never have a heavy heart or [feel] like I’m holding a lot of weight on my chest. It helps me feel light and ready to take on whatever life has in store for me. My friends and I will sometimes be on the phone together, especially now, and we’ll meditate or do yoga together. I usually search for random videos on YouTube. I’m not the biggest yoga expert, as I recently started not too long ago. Right now I’m doing a bunch of home exercises. I’ll just search for random videos and whatever pops up first, I’ll try out,” she told HelloGiggles.

4. She Takes Supplements

Los,Angeles,-,Jul,21:,Lexi,Underwood,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Lexi relies on supplements to keep her healthy. “My uncle is a doctor and he [provides] support to me and tells me everything I need to take, especially when I did travel and was on the go. Right now, he’s been advising me on how to stay calm and the kinds of vitamins I should take, like vitamin C,” she told HelloGiggles.

5. She Gets Fitspiration From Beyoncé

Lexi has found her fitspiration in Beyoncé. “Every time I get on Beyoncé's Instagram, it always gives me motivation. Everything about her motivates me to just be 10 times better and work hard during quarantine. I watched Homecoming not too long ago, and just seeing how hard she went for Coachella, it's kind of inspired me to start exercising. Now, I'm working on getting abs like Beyoncé,” she told Elite Daily.

Laura Whitmore is a TV personality, best known for her appearances on Love Island, This Morning, and Celebrity Juice. She was also a VJ on MTV. 1. She Believes In Balance

"BABYLON" UK Premiere – ArrivalsJoe Maher/Getty Images

Whitmore talked about her wellness routine to Women’s Health. She opened up about her diet and approach to alcohol. “I believe in balance - rather than cutting things out. Although, a positive side effect of falling pregnant was that I had the opportunity to reset my relationship with alcohol. I definitely drank a lot during the first lockdown - I thought it would last only three weeks, and it was a novelty being home so much. But having a glass of rose wine in the evening to distinguish night from day is a habit you can only maintain for so long. You really can’t drink every day of the week. Then, during the other lockdowns, because I was expecting, I cut out alcohol entirely. Now having a pint at the pub feels like an exciting treat.”

2. She Schedules Workouts

The Fashion Awards 2022 - Red Carpet ArrivalsDave Benett/Max Cisotti/Getty Images

Whitmore says that one of her secrets to exercising is making sure to schedule sessions ahead of time. “I’ve come to the conclusion that exercise has to fit around my life, or I won’t regularly be able to incorporate it into my busy schedule,” she tells Women’s Health. “That means rather than go to the gym for an hour to workout by myself, I’ll do yoga and dance classes with friends.”

3. She’s Spending Less Time On Her Phone

Laura.Whitmore1Laura Whitmore/Instagram

Whitmore tells Women’s Health that she is working on spending less time on her phone. “My relationship with my phone has been tricky at times, and it’s been a source of stress and anxiety. The ‘ding, ding, ding’ is quite triggering, so I’ve taken steps to create space. I’ve turned off all notifications so that I only look at messages or social media when I purposely want to, and sometimes I’ll turn my phone off and put it away so I’m not tempted to reach for it. It’s helping me to be more present - I no longer mindlessly scroll, and when I’m watching a film I now don't miss half the plot while looking up an actor on IMDb.”

4. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Laura.Whitmore3Laura Whitmore/Instagram

Whitmore opened up about her favorite skincare products to Women’s Health. “Skincare has become a ritual for me, and I’m taking it more seriously as I age. I’m a fan of products by the brand Alumier MD. And I'll look out for creams containing SPF, as I'm so fair. I also take my make-up off properly, with a cleanse, tone and moisturise, rather than face-planting the bed after a night out.”

5. She Focuses On Herself

Laura.Whitmore2Laura Whitmore/Instagram

Whitmore tells Cosmopolitan that she is focusing on herself. "The one thing I've learned is don't give advice, because everyone's journey is completely different,” she says. "And don't compare – whether you go back to the size you were beforehand, whether you don't, whether you're smaller or bigger, it doesn't matter, because again, everyone's journey is different."

She says that she did things to make herself feel better about herself. “I’d heard all these things from my friends saying, ‘You’re going to second guess a lot of things you do, you’re going to feel guilty when you leave her.’ [It’s been all about] just taking the time to get ready and be by myself to [say] ‘Okay cool, now I can handle this, I’ve got this, so many people have done this before me, and so many people have felt the same way.’”

British model and TV star Chloe Veitch is celebrating her curves via her social media. Veitch, 24, shared pictures of herself posing on a yacht wearing a burgundy and white swimsuit and a blue bikini. “She’s gaining weight after never being able to. She is happy. She loves food, she is glowing, She is Chloe 🤍🪩,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Veitch stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Balanced Diet

Veitch makes sensible choices during the week and allows herself to indulge on the weekends. “It’s all about balance for me,” she says. “I love sushi, chocolate and fast food! I won’t deny myself any of that, so I try to keep it as strict as I possibly can by maintaining that balance. I keep count on what I eat during the week, and when I treat myself I just work out a little more to try to counter some of it. I eat quite healthy as well but never restrict myself in enjoying the amazing things in the foodie world!”

2. Running and Walking

Veitch loves to go for a walk or run to balance out her food choices on the weekends, and to stay fit and happy. “Researchers already know that any kind of physical activity blunts the risk of breast cancer,” says Harvard Health. “But an American Cancer Society study that zeroed in on walking found that women who walked seven or more hours a week had a 14% lower risk of breast cancer than those who walked three hours or fewer per week.”

3. Fitness Is Her Therapy

"BBC Earth Experience" Launch - ArrivalsJoe Maher/Getty Images

Veitch works out not only for fitness but as a way to relieve stress. “No matter what’s going on in your life, fitness is a way to clear your mind,” she says. “I work out when I’m angry, sad or happy – it’s my therapy. From my experience it is a massive benefit to my mental health. Women health shows me that women can be powerful and strong minded and strong willed. We can achieve what we want. When starting out, all you have to do is believe in yourself that you CAN stay consistent to PUSH yourself into becoming a stronger person.”

4. Pressure From Fame

Veitch admits she has felt pressure in front of the reality TV cameras. “Sometimes, I feel like people hate me, or that I’m doing something wrong on social media, because people aren’t interacting with me,” she says. “It’s that constant pressure, ‘How do I stay relevant? How do I get these people to like me?’ You start changing yourself, because you’re like, ‘Well, maybe I need to change. Am I pretty enough? Do I need filler?’ I went through a stage of losing myself.”

5. Basic Beauty Care

Veitch invests in a few choice skin and hair care products and keeps her look low-key. “I don’t use expensive products!” she says. “I use a moisturizer by BOBBY BROWN – it’s a vitamin enriched cream and it smells like lemon. It’s £50 but it lasts forever. I use it after I wash my face and it gives you that glow when you don’t want to wear makeup. So saves you money on makeup. My only hair products I use to help are Coco and Eve hair masks. And I always use hair protectors before I put any heat on my hair. Normal basic ones from the store are good!”

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."
