She Does Strength and Weight Training

When Liberty needed to get into shape for Love Island, she turned to trainer Jordan Goddard from Limitless Personal Training for help. "We worked her legs, strength and conditioning and core as our main focus – she's a hustler."

In an Instagram video, Liberty revealed that she had just done a week-long self-care oriented bootcamp, exercising and eating super healthy six out of the seven days. She maintains she did it so that she could feel better, but "did lose a few pounds as well." She explained that she didn't want to "fixate" on weight loss. "What is important is that I am feeling more like me again and happy."

One way that Liberty stays fit is by boxing. She shares photos of her sessions with a trainer via her Instagram Stories. "I've found I really enjoyed it and it is one of my fave ways to exercise," she wrote on the video clip.

She Takes Saunas

Liberty likes to turn up the heat! She has revealed that saunas are one of her go-to treatments. "Self care always," she captioned this Instagram snap, wearing a swimsuit in a hot sauna. "The appeal of saunas in general is that they cause reactions similar to those elicited by moderate exercise, such as vigorous sweating and increased heart rate. An infrared sauna produces these results at lower temperatures than does a regular sauna, which makes it accessible to people who can't tolerate the heat of a conventional sauna. But does that translate into tangible health benefits? Perhaps," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Ice Skates

To prepare for Dancing On Ice, Liberty obviously had to spend a lot of time perfecting her ice skating skills. "Joe and I training hard & getting in the Mode for Sundays Skate," she captioned this Instagram photo.
