Liezel sets goals and achieves them! A few years back she totally transformed her body. “The only thing I struggled with was my flex .. From 30-inch waistline down to 25 😳 but I'm still working my way down to 24 🙊 woooooooh ! Achieving your goals will never be easy .. But It'll be worth it 💪 Do something today that your future self will thank you for,” she captioned an Instagram post.
2. She Works Out
Liezel exercises, but in moderation. "I only go to the gym once in a while but I still do it. I'm more on cardio,” she told GMA Network. However, she also lifts weights, sharing some of her sessions on social media. “Challenge yourself to be more stronger each day,” she captioned one Instagram post of her workout.

Liezel prioritizes healthy eating. She recently cut multiple things from her diet, including carbohydrates, soft drinks, and meat, in order to lose weight, “No rice,” she told GMA Network.
4. She Surfs
Liezel recently got into surfing. “New hobby unlocked,” she captioned a post of herself standing with a surfboard. Surfing is a great workout for building upper and lower body strength and also your core, because your body is forced to balance and stabilize on the board. It’s also great for your mental health.
5. She Hydrates
Liezel prioritizes hydration. “Just drink more water. Don't stay up too late. Quit bad habits, smoking, drinking,” she told GMA Network about her health habit recommendations.
