Lily doesn't pretend to enjoy exercising. "None of it's my favorite, I hate it," she told Us Weekly in 2018. One thing that helped her hate it not as much, was hiring a personal trainer, which was "kind of life changing," she revealed. "I just know what I'm doing now when I'm at the gym, because I used to totally not."

Lily doesn't focus on exercise as a way to lose weight. "I wanted to feel really strong, physically strong," she told Us, revealing her fitspiration. "I was inspired by Gal Gadot," she admitted. "I was like, I want to be like you. I want to be strong so, you know, I didn't feel like, 'Oh I needed to be skinny or thin.' It totally wasn't like that."

Lili explained to Us that she works out so she can eat wherever she wants. "I have a really bad diet. I really love junk food and soda so I have to live an active lifestyle in order to keep eating the way I want to eat," she explained. "I have to keep my heart healthy, so that's the goal."

Lili has been extremely vocal about her body image issues, including suffering from body dysmorphia. "It's hard because I've totally been on the receiving end of the mirror and thinking that's not what I want to look like," she told Us. "But if you're doing things that make you happy and you think you are treating your body well by nourishing it with good food and exercise then you should just accept yourself. I guess I would say if you're living a life that makes you feel good, then I think that really helps you accept whatever you body looks like at whatever time."

She Sleeps a Ton

Lily revealed to Self that she likes to sleep…a lot. "To be honest, I usually can't really function really well unless I have at least 9 to 10 hours of sleep. I get maybe seven or eight, or nine if I'm lucky, but then sometimes on my days off I'll sleep for 12 hours. I'm a sleep machine. I love to sleep, and when I don't get enough of it, I struggle. Like, truly struggle to stay awake. That's a nice little problem that I deal with on a daily basis. I would love to say that I'll sleep when I'm dead, but I sleep a lot, and I enjoy sleeping. I wish I wasn't so tired all the time. But sometimes it's definitely worth it to stay out late and push yourself and not go to bed early. Some of the best nights you'll ever have are the ones where you push past the sleepiness and stay out later than you would."
