Her Diet Is Healthy

Lis maintains a very healthy diet. She starts the day with a bowl of gluten-free oatmeal with scrambled egg whites with corn. For lunch, she might have a chicken breast with whole wheat pasta. She avoids white flour, gluten, and canned food.

She Does Strength Training

Regular exercise is a key part of Lis' stay-fit plan. She works out almost daily and always shares photos and videos of her gym sessions on social media. She does primarily weight and strength training and isn't afraid of heavy weights, which help build and tone her muscles.

She Is Motivated

Lis recommends taking responsibility for yourself. "If you want different results it's time to do different things 🙌🏻 apply in everything 🙏 Motivate yourself not for others or for a project or feed your ego, motivate yourself by the mere fact of breathing and LIVE," she captioned a post. "Remember exercise also helps MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL health."

She Does Cardio

Lis also does cardio. Here she is doing a spinning workout on a Technogym bike. "It not only helps tone legs and glutes, but also helps you tone The torso and the limbs superior so it's a very thorough exercise. It serves as both to burn fat, or to improve physical and cardiovascular condition," she captioned the post.

She Doesn't Try to Be Other People

When it comes to body type, Lis embraces her own. "Do not look for your ideal body in other people's bodies, build yours, become your greatest pride, love the process and listen to your inner voice saying YOU CAN, one more day," she wrote in a post, urging her followers to exercise to take care of their mental, emotional, and physical health. "Create habits that nourish you daily and raise your frequency," she added.
