She Gets Lymphatic Massages
Lisa reveals that getting a lymphatic massage prior to hitting the carpet helps "to detox and debloat my body." In one of her Instagram Stories she explained that the practice is also the "key to look snatched" and is basically "instant body contour."
She Gets Laser Treatments
To get her skin ready for the cameras, Opie relies on laser treatments, specifically Morpheus 8. "It's a RF facial that tightens and lifts the skin," she says.
She Hydrates
Another thing Lisa makes sure to do? "Drink tons of water," she says. "About a gallon a day." According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Lisa makes sure to get her zen on prior to hitting the red carpet. "I meditate every day, even right before the red carpet to be in the right headspace with gratitude," she tells us.
