She Doesn't Diet

"I don't love to use the word diet because if I do, I'll just want to eat 10 times more," Rinna told People. "Moderation is key." "When it comes to healthy eating, the key to following the rules may be in breaking them," Northwestern Medicine said. Just don't think of them as cheating but rather as a meal that you earned and should enjoy – without the guilt, the university said.

She's Mostly Vegan

"I tend to call myself a dirty vegan," Rinna said. She added: "I'm mostly plant-based — but if I do need to eat some meat, I'll have it."

She Does Yoga

"So, in a normal week I mostly do yoga which is typically an hour long class," she said on her website. "The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body," said Natalie Nevins, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini yoga instructor in California.

She Works Out Regularly

"Sometimes I like to go hiking or head to Soul Cycle for spin class and that's it!" Rinna said.  "I mix it up, usually doing something five to six days a week, but really, I just do it when I can."

She Walks When Traveling

When I am traveling, I like to walk," she said. "I can walk and walk and walk for miles." She added: "Sometimes, I will use the gym in my hotel but if I am in a big city like NYC, I just walk. The time flies by because there is always something exciting going on around me and before you know it, I've covered five miles."
