At the end of 2020, Snowden revealed on her Instagram stories that she made a lot of changes to her lifestyle. She says that it had a great impact on her life. "Been booze-free for 3 weeks now and pretty much on a plant-based diet for about 6 weeks,” she wrote. “Wasn’t about losing weight, wasn’t meant to be for this long, it was about having a reset, improving the quality of my sleep and trying to curb my sugar cravings mid-afternoon.”

2. She Doesn’t Weigh Herself

lisa-snowdon-beachLisa Snowdon / Instagram

In her same Instagram stories, Snowdon opened up about her approach to weight loss and her body. She says that she doesn’t focus on weighing herself and losing pounds. Rather, she focuses on if she feels healthy or not. "I don’t weigh myself, I don’t even own scales, as I know what I’m like and I’d be on and off them most days which I don’t think for me is healthy, but I do know that I have lost weight.

3. She’s Confident In Herself

Snowdon is very confident in herself and with her body. She wrote on her Instagram stories, "My body whatever the angle doesn’t repel me, and at almost 49 yrs old I’m proud of that attitude, I have acceptance. The stretch marks, the story they tell, I truly have love and respect for all my body has been through, the illnesses, the operations and the strength that it has day to day."

4. She Focuses On Her Feelings

Snowdon told Mirror Online in 2020 that she isn’t concerned with how she looks. She says that she focuses on how she feels. "Obviously we all want to look our best and be the best versions of ourselves but obviously you don't want to stress about it so much as long as you're feeling good and you've got energy and you're healthy, that's such a major factor in feeling good every day and you worry less about the small things."

5. She’s Open

Snowdon is open about her struggles. Even her menopause. She tells HealthWellBeing.com, “I think it’s important to talk about the menopause because it hasn’t been spoken about enough, in my opinion. I didn’t really know what was happening to me. It was only after talking to a girlfriend and comparing notes that we could help each other through this period in life. I’m a girl’s girl, and I’ve always spoken about what I like, eat, wear and try, because I think it’s good to share things, so everyone can find out more – knowledge is power, after all. I’ve always been like that and I’ll continue to be – if I’m going through something, I think it’s useful to be open and share it.”

She has appeared as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, and was a winner on Celebrity MasterChef. Read on to see 5 ways Lisa Snowdon stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Learns About Food

Food,Quote:,Know,You,Food,,Know,Your,Farmers,,And,KnowShutterstock

Snowdon tells Your Healthy Living that she wants to learn about food and nutrition. “I really love my food, and I’ve always been interested in the nutritional side of it. I follow a healthy food regime and thankfully I’ve always had a very healthy attitude and relationship to food. I think it’s important to know what you’re eating and what you’re putting in your body. Compared to when I was growing up, I think people are a lot more educated about food now and its health benefits. I think if you start taking care of yourself and you eat something that doesn’t agree with you then your body will tell you straight away and you’ll get symptoms like bloating, feeling uncomfortable or skin breakouts. I think that’s when it’s good to be a bit more mindful about what you’re eating.”

2. She Eats Healthy

London,,Uk.,November,12,,2019:,Lisa,Snowdon,Arriving,For,TheShutterstock

Snowdon makes sure to eat healthy, and broke down her typical diet to Your Healthy Living. “I would say that my diet is generally very healthy. I make sure that I eat a lot of protein as it helps to fill you up and keep you going. I eat a lot of eggs and fish. I love scrambled eggs, frittatas with roasted vegetables and I also like salmon as it’s a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. I’ll have that with some broccoli and sweet potatoes. I eat a lot of plant-based foods. I like to start the day with porridge and either rice or coconut milk, or I might have a banana chia pudding. They are so easy to make as you prepare them the night before and then they’re ready to go in the morning. For lunch I might have a tuna salad. A great healthy snack that I like is crunchy kale as it’s a good healthy alternative to crisps. You just put some oil and seasoning on the kale and you bake it in the oven. It’s crispy and delicious! I also like to snack on a handful of raw almonds and goji berries.”

3. She Takes Supplements

London,,United,Kingdom/,January,28,,2020:,Lisa,Snowdon,Attends,TheShutterstock

Snowdon likes to take supplements. She talked about this to Your Healthy Living. “I take a multivitamin twice a day, in the morning and at night. Sometimes I take magnesium to help me get to sleep if I’m feeling like I can’t switch off or if I’ve been exercising a lot. It slows me down and makes me sleepy. It’s also really good for rejuvenating the muscles while you are asleep.”

4. She Loves Pilates

One thing Snowdon does to stay in shape is Pilates. “I try to do a lot of exercise, and I really love doing Pilates on a reformer,” she said to Your Healthy Living. “I go to a regular class about three times a week and the teachers are great. The reformer looks a bit like a torture device as it’s got all these springs and ropes, but it’s basically a board that you lie on and perform different exercises on. It’s a dynamic form of Pilates which you do to music so you get on a bit of a sweat! It really strengthens and lengthens all the muscles but you don’t end up looking bulky.”

5. She Stays Motivated

Snowdon makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She opened up about this to HealthWellBeing.com. “I’m motivated by feeling good mentally, sleeping well and staying strong and positive. The hardest part is putting your gym kit on and getting your feet out the door, but just know that once you’ve done it, you’ll feel so much better. For example, I notice a difference in how I manage stress when I’m exercising. Try thinking about the bigger picture; put on some music or a podcast, get into your gym kit and head to the gym, go for a walk in the forest or a park or get a bicycle and just know that getting outside and moving your body will make you feel so much better and more motivated.”

1. She Tried WW

London,,United,Kingdom,-,October,01,,2018:,Screenshot,Of,TheShutterstock

Vicky has struggled with her weight over the years. “I was recently told that my previous lifestyle was not actually healthy for me and was shocked to learn it was having an impact on my fertility. For me, joining WW is not just about being a certain size, but it’s about being healthy and giving my body a fighting chance so I can hopefully have kids one day,” she told Hello about her decision to sign up.

2. She Found “Balance”

Vicky recently opened up about her body image struggles over the years, sharing photos of herself at every size. "I used to be cruel to the girl in the first photo... I let her eat what she wanted but I constantly berated her."Called her names and made her feel worthless. Just because of a number on a scale,” she wrote. "I was cruel to the girl in the second photo aswell but in an entirely different way. I would count how many blueberries I put on my porridge, restrict my calories and weaponise exercise. That girl was a nervous wreck." She explained that no matter the size she was left "unhappy," and struggled with "anxiety" and "disordered eating" during these periods. She explained that she finally found balance, and is in a much better place now. "Life is for living and happiness for me is found in balance- in making sure I walk the dogs but also in having some Doritos! In [sic] doing the Pilates class but also in having the glass of wine..."

3. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

The Sun's "Who Cares Wins" Awards 2022Karwai Tang/WireImage

Vicky detailed her diet to Daily Star Online:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with button mushrooms, spinach, avocado and sometimes a bit go feta or chorizo. Green smoothie or green tea.

Lunch: Protein shake or protein bar or a big superfoods salad, with chicken, sweet potato, goji berries, pine nuts. “Really swing your dick about with this. Salads should be exciting and colourful. Otherwise I’ll have a wrap or a chunky soup,” she said.

Afternoon snack: Tea.

Dinner: A “good portion of protein” like chicken or salmon. Sweet potatoes or butternut squash, brown rice or cous cous and loads of green vegetables. “Loads of green tea and water throughout the day and occasionally I’ll enjoy a good gin and tonic or a glass of white wine,” she added. “And by occasionally I mean in large amounts at the weekend.”

4. She Does Zero Gravity Pilates

Celebrity Sightings In London - April 06, 2023Ricky Vigil M / Justin E Palmer/GC Images

Vicky’s go-to workout is zero gravity pilates. “After being on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, I really looked at the way I trained. All of the things I'd been doing beforehand were weightlifting and more of the functional stuff. For a while, I wasn't really able to do that because I was quite badly injured,” she explained to Closer. “I looked at alternative ways that were less intense on the joints and when I found zero gravity pilates, I completely fell in love with it. You look at the people who do it, like Chloe Lewis, Rochelle Humes and Lisa Snowdon, and their bodies are just lean and long and lush. So, yeah, I'm definitely on that hype at the moment.”

5. She Drinks Juice

Vicky PattisonVicky Pattison/Instagram

“I love waking up in the morning and having a juice, it's a great way to start off your day,” she said about how she gets all her nutrients in. “I feel like I've managed to get loads of fruits and veggies into my diet in a very small space of time. I'm all for protein shakes and juices. Plus, if you whack spinach into a protein shake, you don't really feel like you're drinking it. I'm all for sneaking fruits and veggies into my body any way that I can."

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsSamir Hussein/WireImage

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

1. She Gets Her Vitamin D

“In general, even with fortified foods, diet usually doesn’t provide enough vitamin D. And certain health conditions that affect the gastrointestinal tract may decrease the absorption of vitamin D and predispose to low vitamin D blood levels. You also can get vitamin D through direct exposure to sunlight, although the amount of sun you need to get enough vitamin D can vary greatly,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Loves to Swim

Sarah once swam underwater with a sea creature. “Happy world oceans day. ❤️ No better feeling than exploring the world under the surface. Let’s keep working toward a better future for our planets oceans....Every little bit helps if everyone took and active roll it would make the world of difference. The calmness, clarity and happiness while being underwater is like being in another universe. Its unreal. 🌊🖤,” she captioned it.

3. She Love Dogs

Sarah loves dogs. “My fur baby ❤️ whenever Noah sees a dog he chases it around until he can touch it and doesn’t want to let go 🤣 I think he definitely loves animals as much as his mum.” Dogs have been shown to have big benefits to mental wellness.

4. She Surfs

“To be competitive, surfers must be physically well-rounded and have both endurance (paddling and duck diving) and explosive power (popping up, big bottom turns and explosive turns and airs off the top lip of the wave). Balance is of paramount importance too, as is symmetry between lower- and upper-body strength,” says ACE Fitness.

5. She Loves to Travel

Sarah has hit such far flung locations as Stonehenge and tropical paradises. “Taking a holiday can result in many physical and mental health benefits. In fact, some of these benefits have been shown to persist months after we have returned to work. A study of over 3,000 Canadian workers found that taking more paid vacation days was positively associated with both overall health and life satisfaction,” says one study.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts.
