She Works Out Her Legs

Brito has an impressive set of gams, which means she works hard to take care of them. She posted this video on Instagram of herself and Mariano doing a leg workout together. In the video, Brito is seen using a leg press machine, and she is pushing herself high up. Here's a great leg exercise you can do anywhere, from personal trainer Mark Langowski:

Body Weight Squat into shoulder press: 12 reps. For Men Use 10-20 pound dumbbells. For Women Use 5-8lb db's.

"Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and toes turned out slightly, and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, elbows bent, palms facing you. Sit back with your hips and lower your body as far as you can without rounding your lower back. Push your knees out as you descend and keep your chest up. Once you are in a stable squatting position, press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are straight, then return them to shoulder height. Now, pushing off your heels, straighten your legs as you return to the starting position."

She posted this video on Instagram of herself using a guided yoga and meditation program, and doing some motions. Brito wrote in the caption, "Take 15 minutes each day to practice yoga and meditation." Yoga and meditation have a lot of benefits for your body and mind. According to this post from our sister site Eat This, Not That, yoga can help lower blood pressure. "According to a 2019 study published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings, among a group of 3,517 middle-aged participants across 49 controlled trials, practicing yoga that included breathing techniques or meditation three or more times a week significantly lowered individuals' blood pressure as compared to those who did not incorporate this exercise regimen into their regular routine."

She has been seen enjoying a beach day, watching the sunset at the ocean, visiting a garden, and spending time in the pool.  Exercise outdoors! Just be sure to "avoid outdoor physical activity or reduce the intensity and duration of your outdoor exercise when an air quality alert has been issued. Air pollution levels tend to be highest near midday or in the afternoon, so try to avoid outdoor exercise during these times of the day," says the Mayo Clinic.
