TV personality Lizzie Cundy is showing off her hair and her body on Instagram this week. She just posted a new set of swimsuit photos. In them, Cundy posed in a silver bathing suit and showed off her new blonde extensions. 1. She Does A Quick Workout Each Morning
Cundy revealed her wellness secrets to Women Fitness. She says that she likes to workout on a regular basis. “I try to do at least half an hour/40 minutes each morning, light weights, sit ups and squats,” she says. “I always go first thing in the morning, and this definitely gives me energy for my busy day ahead!”
2. She Cut Out Food

Cundy is open about her health issues, particularly her stomach problems. She revealed to The Irish Mirror that she made a lot of changes to her diet. “I’ve cut out everything that is too acidic,” she says. “Tomatoes and red peppers are out. I can’t have chillies or curries. I’ve become a vegetarian and cut out dairy. Everything has to be gluten free.
3. She’s On The Alkaline Diet

In addition to cutting out food, Cundy has had to make a lot of changes to her diet. She tells The Irish Mirror that she is following a popular diet. “I follow a very bland, alkaline diet, which means avoiding meat, poultry, cheese and grains.”
4. She Carries Snacks With Her

Cundy’s diet means that she has to be careful when she eats out. She tells The Irish Mirror that she likes to carry snacks with her on the road. “My handbag used to be full of lipsticks but these days I have loads of sultanas, gluten-free biscuits and carrots in there, in case I go somewhere and I can’t eat anything!”
5. She’s Comfortable With Herself

Cundy tells Women Fitness that she is comfortable with her body and doesn’t compare herself to others. “I think everyone has parts of their body they would like to change but my mum always told me not to compare yourself to others. So I don’t!! When I’m doing a shoot, I’m just comfortable in my own skin and always enjoy it.. Think that shows through in the photos!!”
