Anabel Pantoja seems to spend her life in swimsuits (when in Spain, right?) The TV star posted a video of herself on a boat in Formentera, Spain, wearing a black bathing suit as she enjoys the waves. “Vive✌🏼,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 6 ways Pantoja stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Paddleboard

Pantoja enjoys paddleboarding, which is both fun and a great exercise for her core. "The ability to turn the shoulders and really dig in to create torso rotation creates more power in the paddle stroke and better recruitment of the external obliques," says John Porcari, PhD.

2. She Rides Horses

Kiko Rivera Presents His New Single 'Mentirosa'Eduardo Parra/Getty Images

Pantoja loves to incorporate horseback riding into her exercise routine. “We all know riding horses is good exercise,” says Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University. “Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories. If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period.”

3. She Loves To Swim

Pantoja enjoys regular swimming sessions in the ocean. “Many people say that by simply being in the water they feel more relaxed and less stressed,” says swimming instructor Emily Morrissey. “Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases "feel good" hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way.”

4. She Scuba Dives

Pantoja frequently scuba dives (this girl really does love the ocean!). "Blue space therapy is a woefully underused method of lifestyle prescription for our physical and mental health,” says mental health expert Dr Ruth Micallef. “Still, the research proves that taking a dip can boost our wellbeing ten-fold. Wild swimming has a host of research-proven benefits, including improved self-esteem, social confidence, and resilience—to name just a few."

5. She Windsurfs

Day 2 - Celebrities - Barcelona 080 Fashion Week - June 2018Robert Marquardt/Getty Images

Pantoja is a big fan of windsurfing, a sport that has both physical and mental health benefits. "In life and windsurfing, great changes are preceded by storms. If we can consider the storms as a source for growth, we benefit as individuals and as windsurfers," says Henrik Beyer, health promoter and author of Health & Fitness for Windsurfing. "Being depressed is easier on a wave than sitting in the office. Physicians could, in fact, prescribe windsurfing for our mental fitness. Make no mistake, windsurfing should not replace professional help in case of depression, but physical activity can be a tool towards increased mental health.”

6. She Hits the Gym

Pantoja does work out inside every once in while—the star loves doing resistance training at the gym under the guidance of a personal trainer. "With resistance training, you can change your body composition (i.e. your ratio of lean muscle mass to body fat), improve your cardio fitness level, boost your mental health, and just have fun,” says certified strength and conditioning specialist Sohee Lee.

Del Castillo shared pictures of herself wearing a bright yellow and pink bathing suit, captioning the post “I just want BIKINI PLAN 👙 in PC🇩🇴😈🤤... hehehe.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Del Castillo stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves the Outdoors

Del Castillo is happiest when she’s outside in the fresh air. “It allows you to take a breath, relax, and reset with a better frame of mind,” says Dr. Christine Ashour, Family Medicine and Primary Care, White Plains Hospital Physician Associates, “It doesn’t matter if you’re at a park, in the words, or in your backyard, being in nature can have a calming effect and improve your mental and physical health, especially when it's combined with exercise.”

2. She Travels

One of the perks of Del Castillo’s career is traveling around the world. “Travel itself can be a break from stressors piled up back home; a literal escape where you can focus on your own pleasure and yourself can be a welcome change of pace, and help reduce your body’s stress hormone overdrive,’ says Jean Kim MD. “Even when you return to stressors back home, the memories encoded by travel help maintain a ‘zen space’ you can revisit whenever you need. Mindfulness techniques often recommend returning to a beautiful or peaceful memory to help restore calm and balance anywhere you are.”

3. She’s a Singer

Del Castillo is, of course, a singer, which experts say has many health benefits. “Singing exercises the vocal cords and keeps them youthful, even in old age,” says Graham Welch, director for advanced music education at London’s Roehampton Institute. “The less age-battered your voice sounds, the more you will feel, and seem, younger.”

4. Maintaining Boundaries

Rough,Green,Wall,And,Pink,Border,With,Word,Boundary,,ConceptShutterstock

Del Castillo is strict about maintaining boundaries and standing up for herself, especially when male fans get aggressive. “Regardless of how I talk, how I dress, how I express myself, everyone deserves respect,” she says. “Yes, because one deserves respect and I see comments like ‘it's her fault,’ like that machismo hasn't changed yet.”

5. Dancing Queen

Del Castillo dances as part of her performances on stage. "Dancing can give you more than traditional cardio," Fabio Comana, an exercise physiologist and education team member for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, told HuffPost. "If exercise is not an enjoyable experience, we're not going to do it. People think, 'I'm not exercising, I'm dancing'. But at the end of the day, you're moving and you're burning calories. It's just as good as a cardio class."

Isabelle Mathers
Isabelle Mathers/Instagram

Isabelle Mathers knows how to turn fitness into fashion. The influencer and model has built a massive following through her stylish collaborations, and her latest collection with CSB is no exception.

Recently, Mathers gave fans a glimpse of her go-to workout looks, modeling sleek two-piece sets in soft toffee and blush tones. The brand captioned the post, “Our fit checks until further notice 🤎 toffee & blush by @isabellemathersx now live.” While she looks effortlessly chic, her fitness routine isn’t just about style—it’s about fueling her body with the right foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

From nutrient-packed meals to balanced eating habits, here’s a look at how Mathers stays in top shape.

She Loves Avocado

Mathers makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In this photo, she is seen eating a salad with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic says that avocado is very healthy. “Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both.”

She Loves Cucumbers

In the previous Instagram story, Mathers included cucumbers in her salad. Cucumbers are very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Yes, cucumbers are a great part of a healthy diet! Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium.”

She Loves Tomatoes

Mathers also put tomatoes in the salad in her Instagram story. According to The Cleveland Clinic, they are very good for you. “One cup of tomato juice offers 45 milligrams of vitamin C — about 75% of an adult’s daily needs. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps boost your body’s immune cells that fight infection and prevent free radical damage to your healthy cells.”

She Loves Lettuce

Mathers naturally included lettuce in her salad. Lettuce is really good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Lettuce is chock-full of antioxidants. These food chemicals protect you against free radicals, which cause inflammation and may contribute to eye diseases, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Research shows that eating a small side salad before your main course can help you feel fuller. As a result, you eat fewer calories during your meal. Findings suggest that starting your meal with a salad can lead to weight loss or help you maintain a healthy weight.”

She Loves Tuna

Lastly, Mathers included tuna in her salad. Safe Beat says that tuna has a lot of health benefits. “Tuna is rich in potassium, which is known for lowering blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids in combination with potassium bring an anti-inflammatory effect to the cardiovascular system, which in turn benefits us by lowering blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attacks.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
