1. She Switches Up Her Workouts

Harvey told Pretty Little Thing that she does a lot of different types of workouts, and she loves to switch it up. She says, “I usually try to switch it up and do more cardio some days and more strength training on others.”
2. She Loves Workout Classes

Harvey told the website that she likes to go to different workout and fitness classes to stay in shape. “Maybe incorporate a Pilates class or two in there,” she says. “I definitely want to get into more boxing classes.” “Pilates is designed to combine your breathing rhythm with your body movements. Qualified instructors teach ways to keep your breathing working in conjunction with the exercises. You will also be taught to concentrate on your muscles and what you're doing. The goal of pilates is to unite your mind and body, which relieves stress and anxiety,” says Johns Hopkins.
3. She Circuit Trains

Harvey says that a typical workout for her involves a lot of different circuits and components. “I start off with a 5 minute warmup, then I’ll usually do a few circuits of strength training, either lower or upper body depending on what day it is and I always finish with ab work.”
4. She Drinks Celery Juice

“I drink celery juice first thing in the morning, every single morning. I’ve been doing it for at least three years. One of my trainers swore by it and got me hooked. It’s great for digestion and inflammation and is a good source of antioxidants. If you want a flat tummy, it’s really good for that, too. It tastes like a very healthy green juice — not the best taste, but you get used to it after a while and the results are worth it,” she told the Strategist.
5. She Stays Motivated

Harvey revealed her ways of staying motivated to Pretty Little Thing, and she has a lot of different things. “A great playlist always keeps me motivated to keep going even when I don’t want to,” she says. Harvey also revealed her mantra that helps her keep going. “If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan but never the goal.”

Harvey likes Chanel La Crème Main Texture Riche Hand Cream. “I like a hand cream that’s not too thick, but also doesn’t make me feel like I need to apply more lotion after I use it. This is the perfect consistency. It’s really creamy and leaves my hands feeling super-moisturized. It gives them a nice glow and it smells good, almost as if it has a hint of Chanel perfume in it. I couldn’t tell you which perfume, but it smells very luxurious. I put it when I wash my hands. I wash my hands a lot, like 20 times a day,” she told the Strategist.
