She Was Raised To Respect Others

Moss opened up about her childhood to You Magazine. She says that she respects others, and a lot of this comes from her upbringing. "My mum was also big on teaching me about respect, and about racism and gay rights. When it came to my sexuality, she said, 'I don't care who you bring home at the end of the day. Whatever makes you happy, you do it, and whoever you want to be with, that's fine with me.' And it's so nice to have that."

She Makes Time For Herself

Moss broke down her daily schedule to Harper's Bazaar. She says that she always makes time for herself whenever she can. "Sometimes I wake up at 9 and get on with my day. Sometimes I'll stay there until 2 in the afternoon and have a bed day. I tend to lie around for a bit. I prefer to take my time in the morning and just have a chill. When I'm not working it's nice to have some downtime and not have to stress about getting up."

She Works With A Trainer

Moss revealed some of her workout secrets to Harper's Bazaar. She, like many others, works with a personal trainer to help her stay in shape. Moss says that this is the best way for her to stay in shape. "Now I only work out with my trainer," she says. "He is amazing. He knows that if you force it, it's not going to work. He lets me come to him."

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Moss revealed some of the exercises she does with her trainer to Harper's Bazaar. She says that they do a lot of different things. "We do a lot of burpees, even though I hate them. Then we'll do some boxing and skipping rope, which I like because it doesn't feel like you're working out. They're actually fun to do."

She Carries Healthy Snacks With Her

Moss makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed some of her go-to foods to Harper's Bazaar. She says that she likes to carry healthy options for snacks with her. "I carry nuts with me," she reveals. "I'm obsessed with nuts. Pistachios, peanuts—I love them. I keep them in my bag with a phone charger and some kind of lip gloss."
