In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Moss says that she makes exercise and eating healthy a priority. She says that this helps with her busy career. "I love feeling and looking good and I think for what I do it is important to eat well and exercise. There is a lot of traveling and working so you need to be in good shape otherwise you can get run down."

She Works With A Personal Trainer

Moss tells Harper's Bazaar that she tries to work out as often as she can, and she does a lot of sessions with a personal trainer. "I have a personal trainer and he's amazing. We do three or four sessions a week, which I really enjoy."

Moss opened up about her struggles with her mental health on Instagram, where she revealed that she is putting in a lot of work to take care of herself. Moss says that she is seeing results, saying, "I have never been happier mentally, I've struggled a lot in the last few years with myself and anxiety and other things. Right now is the first time I have ever put myself first and actually worked on myself to make sure I get the best out of my life and am actually feeling like the best and truest version of myself! And I love her!"

However, Moss says that she is learning to be okay with her weight at all times, even if it isn't her ideal number. In 2018, Moss wore a really revealing dress to a party at Elle Magazine. She wrote on her Instagram stories about her feelings about how she looked in that dress and her body. "Feeling super uncomfortable with my weight at the moment so wearing this dress was a big thing for me, but it's important for people to know it's okay to go up and down in weight and it's super normal!!!"
