1. Eggs and Salmon For Breakfast

Moss starts the day with a highly nutritious protein-packed breakfast. “For breakfast, I'll usually have hard-boiled eggs, some grainy bread, and salmon,” she says. “I eat so much salmon. If I'm working out with my trainer, which I do three times a week, I will eat a bit earlier, to make sure the food goes down before I work out.”
2. Medicine Ball Workout

Moss uses a medicine ball for some of her exercises. “Medicine balls allow you to add more strength to a variety of exercises, allowing you the option to up your game,” says Nick Parkinson, M.Ed., AT, ATC, TSAC-F. “Hold one in your hands while performing squats, lunges or core exercises, or throw one against a wall to develop the ability to better generate power.”
3. Boxing and Jump Rope

Moss enjoys working out with her personal trainer. “We do a lot of burpees, even though I hate them,” she says. “Then we'll do some boxing and skipping rope, which I like because it doesn't feel like you're working out. They're actually fun to do. Now I only work out with my trainer, because he is amazing—he knows that if you force it, it's not going to work. He lets me come to him.”

Moss keeps lunch simple on days when she’s working. “We'll break for lunch around 1 p.m., and I'll have some sort of rice or stir-fry,” she says. “I also like soups or chicken. And I carry nuts with me; I'm obsessed with nuts. Pistachios, peanuts—I love them.”
