Redknapp loves to run, in any circumstances. She revealed on her Instagram stories that she still runs when it’s cold and the winter weather is happening. "I went for a little run in the snow today. It's def helping me through lockdown."
2. She Speaks Out About Body Standards

Redknapp is outspoken about her desire to be a role model for young women. She doesn’t want others to face unfair beauty standards or feel like they have to be thin. Redknapp even made a documentary about it. It was called The Truth About Size Zero, and talked about the singer’s struggles with her weight, and the dangers of losing too much weight. “Everything he said shocked me. It’s a shame. If every woman in the country, or every woman in the world, that wants to lose weight and become really skinny, if they could all just have half an hour sat down with a doctor telling them exactly what's going to happen to them, I think you’d get very few of them that would carry on with it," she told Sassy Bella.
3. She Does Pilates

Redknapp loves to do pilates as a way to stay in shape. She posted this set of photos on Instagram of herself using a reformer. She captioned the post, “I wanna see you STRETCH... After 3 years I went back to Pilates with one of my closest friends @sianmarshallpilates who is an incredible Pilates instructor.”
4. She Aims To Be Fearless

Redknapp talked about her approach to life in an interview with Red magazine. She says that she aims to be fearless. “When I was having a really rough time with everything, a close friend said to me: ‘Be fearless’,” she explained. “I lost the meaning of these words for a while and I'm working hard to get it back.”

In her memoir, Redknapp talked about what led to her divorce, and what she learned from it. She says that she is no longer afraid to say what she needs to say. “Once you run too fast, you can’t make up the ground you’ve lost. Stop, say what you need, say what you think, don’t be afraid to say what’s really going on. You don’t have to be quiet."
