1. She Likes To Run
One of De Lesseps go-to workouts is running, and she makes sure to get a quick run in everyday. “I like to run for 10 minutes or 15 minutes just to get your heart pumping, get your blood flowing, it’s really good,” she tells Life & Style.
2. She Has A Gym In Her Apartment

De Lesseps doesn’t have to go too far to get to the gym. She says to Life & Style, “I have a gym in my apartment — it’s fabulous and overlooks Central Park. It’s gorgeous, and I’m busy, so I think that also helps keep you in shape when you’re running around.”
3. She Lifts Weights

De Lesseps says that she likes to lift weights as an arm workout. And she has a unique reason for doing so. “I do weights for the arms because I have to wear these dresses that are sleeveless,” she reveals to Life & Style.
4. She Ignores the Haters

Being a reality star can be difficult, especially when it comes to social media criticism. However, De Lesseps says to Life & Style that she ignores the haters on social media. “I just feel like you have to have a sense of humor, you have to be good to yourself and kind to yourself with all the social media and things going around and the haters and you just can’t listen to that,” she says.
5. She Loves Yoga

De Lesseps is a big fan of practicing yoga, and turns to it to help her with her body and her mind. She wrote on Instagram, "In these crazy times its hard to balance everything & process the pace of life swirling around us. I have found over the years that yoga reduces my stress & benefits my body, mind, & breathing. I’ve noticed when I do even just a bit of yoga everyday I’m better able to handle life when it gets a little crazy."
