"RHONYC" Star Luann de Lesseps Shows Off in "Viva la Diva" Post

Singer and Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps showed off her impressive physique in a new Instagram post.

"Viva la Diva! ❤️ @desmond.child Celebrating 2 years since the release!" she posted, referring to the song she and Child released in 2020. ("Here's to the diva deep in you. … Lets get some diva attitude. … Let the diva live in you!")

She Stopped Drinking

De Lesseps cut back on drinking after an unfortunate incident while she was intoxicated. "I was drinking quite a bit, so I lost weight, and my skin got better. Everyone's been saying, 'You look so much better.' So that feels really good, too," she said


She Takes Walks

The reality star does light workouts like walking. Regular brisk walking can help maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat; prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure, cancer and Type 2 diabetes; improve cardiovascular fitness; strengthen bones and muscles; improve muscle endurance; increase energy levels; and more, according to the Mayo Clinic.

De Lesseps posts on social media about her running. She prefers a treadmill and will warm up with running before working out. "Money can't buy you abs. Working out and staying healthy!" she said in one post.

De Lesseps watching the amount of food she consumes. "I take walks, do yoga and try not to eat too much in one sitting," she said


She Practices Yoga

De Lesseps does yoga. "The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body," said Natalie Nevins, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini yoga instructor in California.
