Lucie Donlan is showing off her incredibly chiseled abs. The Love Island star flaunts her toned midsection in a black swimsuit via her latest social media post. "Need a ride?" she captioned the snap of herself, standing next to a truck in Spain. The comment section was filled with lots of fire emojis, as the photo certainly heated up Instagram. Don't Drink Your Calories

Since alcohol is full of calories, Lucie puts down the bottle when she wants to slim down. During Love Island Unseen Bits she confessed that she hadn't "had a drink since New Year's Eve," translating to six months. The Mayo Clinic explains that alcohol has "empty calories," meaning they add calories with no nutritional benefit. "Heavy or high-risk drinking is defined as more than three drinks on any day or more than seven drinks a week for women and for men older than age 65, and more than four drinks on any day or more than 14 drinks a week for men age 65 and younger," they say.

Do Work Out with a Professional

Donlan relies on a personal trainer to get her into shape and keep her accountable. "I've been training with @kapowhealthyliving over a year now," she wrote in a 2017 post. "The first picture is when I first started, and the last one is where I am now. In just over a year I have lost around about 2 stone, and I have now reached the perfect weight for me…for #mondaymotivation this is achievable through healthy eating and regular exercise!"

Do CrossFit

CrossFit workouts help keep Lucie in shape. She does "lots of" the HIIT style workout, which involves doing lots of constantly varied functional movements at high intensity, with her trainer at home.

Do Surf and Skateboard

Lucie is an avid surfer and skateboarder, two outdoor activities that help her stay fit. "I'm lucky because I surf, but yeah I'm juggling that with going to the gym," she once admitted during an interview. Both sports are great for improving balance and working your core and leg muscles.

Do Yoga

Lucie also keeps herself toned with the help of yoga and even hosts a "surf themed yoga workout" on her Instagram account. Per the Mayo Clinic, yoga great for toning the body and building muscle and mental healthl. "Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate," they say.
