She Does Pilates

Mecklenburgh loves Pilates, and posts a lot of photos and videos of herself doing Pilates on Instagram. In this photo, Mecklenburgh says that she does Pilates regularly, writing, "I've just finished my morning Pilates workout now off for a walk in the gorgeous sunshine."

She Did The "Results Wellness Lifestyle" Challenge

Over the summer, Mecklenburgh did the "Results Wellness Lifestyle" challenge, and documented her progress on Instagram. The challenge is about doing 30 minutes of exercise each day, and Mecklenburgh says that the challenge really helped her. In one reel, she wrote, "I have noticed a difference in my mood, skin & energy levels. I feel so much more positive & I look forward to my workouts, meals, sleep stories & meditation."

She Makes Healthy Cookies

According to this photo on Instagram, Mecklenburgh likes to make oat and chocolate chunk cookies when she wants a dessert. She shared the recipe with her followers, and it contains bananas, coconut oil, and peanut butter, which makes them healthier than most chocolate cookies.

She Makes Time To Workout

Mecklenburgh has a busy schedule, but she makes time to workout. She revealed some of her tricks to make time for exercise throughout the day to her followers on Instagram. One of her tips is, "Have your exercise clothes laid out ready the night before, set your alarm, Warm up for three minutes with some slow jog on the spot. Then do a 20 minute HIIT session. This session doesn't take long. It will wake you up and energize you for the morning, and is a great way to burn fat and boost your metabolism."
