Zissman is an avid equestrian, and has posted several photos and videos of herself riding on Instagram.

Zissman doesn't just love to ride horses, she’s also a fan of playing polo. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself getting ready to play a game, captioning it, “First time back on a polo pony since I broke my knee in July!”
3. She Uses A Waist Trainer

While preparing for her wedding in 2014, Zissman turned to a waist trainer to help herself get in shape. She revealed this on Instagram, writing, "Wedding diet! Working out using a waist shaper to attempt to perfect my curves!"
