Zissman says that she aims to live a healthy lifestyle. She told The Mirror that she has struggled with her body in the past, and is working on feeling good, rather than losing weight. "I have previously starved & extremely exercised to look beach body ready, and now with a proper exercise regime that protein world helped me devise & drinking slender blend shakes I am strong, fit, toned and healthy."
She Uses Supplements
One thing Zissman likes to do to stay healthy is use supplements. She tells The Mirror that she loves using protein shakes and powders in her diet. Zissman says that she is seeing results. "People need to learn that exercising and eating well supplemented with a product like protein world is a good thing."
She Loves Horses
