Lupita Nyong’o is not worried about what her body will look like in a swimsuit over the summer. And her recent Instagram photo proves it. In it, the actress posed by the pool in a leopard print bikini. She captioned the post, “From Summer Body to Pasta Body in one week! I love them both!” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Goes Outside To Exercise
Nyong’o has posted several different fitness videos on Instagram. She shared this series of videos of herself doing workouts outside. In them, she is seen doing squats and pushups in the park. She captioned the post, “Fitness was once my friend. Getting reacquainted and loving it." "Moderate aerobic exercise includes activities such as brisk walking, biking, swimming and mowing the lawn. Vigorous aerobic exercise includes activities such as running, heavy yardwork and aerobic dancing. Strength training can include use of weight machines, your own body weight, heavy bags, resistance tubing or resistance paddles in the water, or activities such as rock climbing," says the Mayo Clinic.
2. She Uses Weights

Nyong’o likes to use weights to workout. She posted this photo of herself lifting hand dumbbells on Instagram. She captioned the photo, “When I feel the burn, I smile and it tricks my body into thinking I am fine. And then I am!" 3. She Only Ate Good Sugars

In order to film Black Panther, Nyong’o had to be in good shape. She revealed to Essence that the entire cast ate a certain diet on set. One thing they did was cutting out refined sugar and similar products. “We could have fruit, which is a good sugar, but no fructose or refined sugar.”
4. She Ate Small Meals Every Three Hours

In addition to cutting out sugar, Nyong’o also changed her portion sizes. She told Essence that she ate smaller meals more often, rather than the traditional three meals a day. “We actually had to eat smaller meals every three hours. I never got bored. I’ve never worked on a project like this where there is a diet and a workout plan.”
5. She Did Her Own Stunts

To film Black Panther, Nyong’o had to do her own stunts. In order to do that, she had to get in shape. She tells E! News that she went to a boot camp to prepare. "I had to get into particularly good shape...to be able to do the stunts," Nyong'o said. "And I loved it."
