In this video she posted on Instagram, García is seen using her treadmill while watching TV. Better Health reports, “Both running and jogging are forms of aerobic exercise. Aerobic means 'with oxygen' – the term 'aerobic exercise' means any physical activity that produces energy by combining oxygen with blood glucose or body fat.”
2. She Believes In Balance
García opened up about her approach to wellness in the caption of this Instagram post. She says that she is a big believer in balance. García makes sure that both her diet and her fitness are in check. “Combining a balanced diet and exercise routines with our @esbellerd is the fundamental key to achieving your goals,” she writes. “Do like me.
