Bright revealed some of her favorite foods that she eats each week to Women’s Health. She says that she likes to do a lot of cooking. One thing Bright likes to make is muesli, especially for breakfast. “Making my own muesli allows me to vary the ingredients, so breakfast is never boring. It also ensures I start the day with lots of vitamins and minerals. I use soya milk as it tastes sweeter than dairy.
2. She Does Cardio & Toning
Bright tells Women’s Health that she makes sure to workout as often as she can. She says that she likes to both do cardio exercises and toning. “I aim to do a 5k run, plus 30 minutes of toning three times a week,” she says. “I eat light food beforehand, then have a protein shake afterwards to help my muscles repair. Working out gives me energy and confidence.”

Bright tells FEMAIL that exercise is something she enjoys doing. “Exercise is very important to me. If you feel and look the shape that you want to be it boosts your confidence. I'm on TV and photographed a lot so I know if I put on a little bit of weight, and I see pictures of myself and I'm not happy with my weight, it does affect my confidence.”
5. She Believes In Balance
Bright believes in eating a balanced diet. “I usually go out with my friends on a Saturday, so I make sure I eat a carb-heavy dinner,” she tells Women’s Health. “When I’m drinking (mine’s a G&T), I’m partial to a late-night snack, so I try to eat a balanced diet during the rest of the week. I indulge with my favourite hangover cure: the East End tradition of pie, mash and liquor. But I also like to eat plenty of fruit to strengthen my immune system after all that alcohol damage.”
