Ziegler shared some of her favorite skincare tips to WhoWhatWear. “In the morning, I wash my face. Recently, I've been using Rhode, so I'll do the Peptide Glazing Fluid next. I'll use that, and then I use her Barrier Restore Cream Moisturizer. Then I'll finish that with my EltaMD sunscreen and my lip balm. Sometimes I'll do the Caudalie spray too. I literally spray that on my face so many times throughout the day. Then for nighttime, it's basically that routine without the sunscreen, but I also like to add in an exfoliating toner after I've washed my face. I don't do this every day, but definitely once or twice a week. I'll use the Lotion P50 from Biologique Recherche.”

2. She Uses Sunscreen

I will lather my whole face and neck in that.”

Nicole Scherzinger is kicking off the first day of summer in her swimsuit! The 43-year-old flaunts her famously fit figure in her latest social media post, sharing a bunch of photos of herself. “Summer is officially here,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the star manage to look half her age at 43? Read on to see 5 ways Nicole Scherzinger stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Takes Ice Baths

On The Ellen Show, Scherzinger revealed she loves taking ice baths. “I love ice baths, it’s so good for your body but for me, it sharpens the mind like iron,' she said. 'It’s all mental for me, I have to put on some music and go into a zone,” she said. "Cold water immersion involves people immersing themselves in water at temperatures of less than 15°C to manage muscle soreness after exercise and speed up recovery time. There is some evidence to show that cold-water immersion reduces muscle soreness at 24-72 hours after exercise compared with ‘passive’ treatment, or rest. It is here that the research falls down slightly by not comparing the use of cold-water immersion to an active recovery of light exercise, or perhaps even more pertinently, a combination of the two," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She “Sexercises” with Her Boyfriend

On The Ellen Show, she discussed her “sexercise” workouts with her boyfriend. “Do you know what I love about this in the videos?” she said about the sexy workout videos she posts. “We go like this, because he’s a control freak and I’m a control freak, but in the videos we're really happy and really cute. He loves to work out, he keeps me motivated, and I motivate us on the videos.”

3. She Works Out a Lot

Nicole is totally committed to fitness. "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches," she told Women's Health UK. “When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in LA.”

4. She Refuses to Starve Herself

Assorted,Sushi,Set,On,White,Concrete,Background.,Space,For,Text.Shutterstock

Nicole eats herself skinny. "For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi. When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps - salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots,” she told Women’s Health.

5. She Has Lots of Workout Buddies

In addition to her boyfriend, Nicole has lots of workout support. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, - we try to do different things,” she explained to Women’s Health UK. "We’ll go hiking one day and then we’ll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we’ll do a cardio. We just motivate each other."

For me, I was like, 'I'm so ugly' but I'm not going to talk about it. Kenzie Zeigler is hitting the beach in her bathing suit. In a recent social media post the Dance Moms alum-slash-singer flaunts her incredible curves in a tiny swimsuit adorned with a cherry, driving her followers wild. “She’s beaching,” commented one. Another added, “stunning.” How does the young star approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

1. She Loves Chips

In a confessional interview on Dance Moms, Kenzie said shed’d rather "stay home and eat chips,” which became a meme. “I think it's the funniest thing ever. I'm a little embarrassed by it, but on the flip side, it's like kind of funny that people ask me ‘How often do you often eat chips? How many chips do you eat in a day?’ I'm like, I really don't eat chips everyday,” she told E! Online, “My favorite chips right right now are the barbecue Lay's chips. I mean you can never go wrong with them. Also, on brand with the meme, so I feel like Lays always works.”

2. She Is Into Skincare

Kenzie takes care of her face. “I've been getting really into skincare. My sister [Maddie Ziegler] is a skincare freak, so she's kind of made me get into it. I'm also starting to break out now, this is the age where I'm breaking out. I have been using a lot of PCA Skin,” she told E.

3. She Tries to Be Her “Most Truthful Self” on Social Media

Los,Angeles,-,Aug,10:,Mackenzie,Ziegler,At,The,VarietyShutterstock

“I try to be my honest, most truthful self on social media,” Kenzie told E about her approach to social media. “I want everyone to get to know me on a different level. I think it's more important for me that a celebrity I look up to connects with their fans. I think it's more important than anything. I want to try and do the same.”

4. She Believes Confidence Is Key

Los,Angeles,-,Jul,09:,Mackenzie,Ziegler,Arrives,For,ëbarbieíShutterstock

“[Maddie] always told me to stay humble and believe in myself, because when I used to compete on the dance team, I was not confident at all. I was so scared of what everyone thought, and I think she helped me overcome that. She told me just to always believe in myself and have that mind-set. Now I realize that it doesn’t really matter what anyone thinks of you. You just need to be yourself,” Kenzie Coveteur when asked about how she stays confident.

5. She Is Not Here for Trolls

“There are always really positive comments [on Instagram], but there are also really, really negative comments that are so rude. When I was little, I used to get so upset and cry about them. There’s no reason for you to hate on someone if you don’t even know who they are. There’s no reason to hate on anyone, even if you know them. But there’s so much bullying, and kids are actually getting very upset. I feel like we all just need to love each other and not be mean,” Kenzie told Coveteur when asked how she handles online trolls.

Maddie Ziegler first became known for being a cast member on the Lifetime series Dance Moms. She then appeared in several music videos for Sia, notably “Chandelier.” Ziegler has transitioned to acting, appearing in the 2022 version of West Side Story, Bloody Hell, and Fitting In. In a recent Instagram post, Ziegler posed in black clothing. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Maddie Ziegler stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She’s True To Herself

Ziegler opened up about her career in an interview with Teen Vogue. She says that she makes sure to stay true to herself as she navigates her career. “I'm always actively trying to be the best version of myself for everyone,” she says. “But sometimes you have hard days and you just can't. I have to remind myself, among the chaos, to make sure that I don't lose myself, especially with being so young. I have to just remain who I am at my core.”

2. She’s No Longer A Perfectionist

Personal,Boundaries,Mind,Map,,Concept,For,Presentations,And,ReportsShutterstock

Ziegler tells Teen Vogue that she is working on no longer being a perfectionist. “Being a dancer, you’re taught to be disciplined and listen to whatever your teacher is saying. You don't talk back to them, and in a way, you feel like you don't have a voice — you can't have an opinion. I'm ready to leave behind the perfectionist. I'm ready to leave behind the people-pleaser. I will carry those traits with me forever because that's who I am, but I'm really proud of myself for setting boundaries in the last year.”

3. She Doesn’t Stress Out

In her Teen Vogue interview, Ziegler shared how she manages her stress. “If I were tired or stressed [on set], I’d say, ‘No worries, no worries,’ and our makeup artist would say, ‘Worries, worries,’” she recalls with a laugh. “When you’re in those moments, sometimes you have to make light of it. I think I sarcastically approach stress with, ‘Oh, I’m not worried at all,’ and it actually does help me through it.”

4. She’s Proud Of Herself

Ziegler tells Teen Vogue that she is very proud of herself, and that she realized this after filming Fitting In. “Lindy will live with me through my life and through the other roles that I take on,” she says. “I am a very harsh critic toward myself, and it's hard to be proud, but the first time I watched [Fitting In], I was like, Wow! I did things that I didn't know I was capable of, and I'm proud, which is rare. I don't usually say that.”

5. She Uses Sunscreen

Ziegler shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with Teen Vogue. She says that she makes sure to use sunscreen. “You have to keep your skin protected and especially starting young so that you don’t face a lot of problems like sunspots in the future. I use the clear EltaMD sunscreen and it’s great.” John Hopkins Medicine states, “Wearing sunscreen is one of the best — and easiest — ways to protect your skin’s appearance and health at any age. Used regularly, sunscreen helps prevent sunburn, skin cancer and premature aging.”

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
