Ride Horses

Madison loves to ride horses. She recently celebrated her birthday by going for a ride with friends. "A good old fashioned North Carolina birthday," she captioned the image. "Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories," Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station, explains. "If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period," adds the American Heart Association.

Exercise Outdoors

Madison is a big fan of outdoor workouts. "Missing my LA hikes," she captioned a photo of one of her sweat sessions. "Do one thing a day that makes you proud of yourself. 3.5 miles and 500 stairs will suffice for today," she captioned another Instagram post.

Hit the Gym and Strength Train

If you want a fit figure like Madison, hit the gym. The actress likes to strength train and is a big fan of the workout buddy system. Who does she train with? One of her workout pal's is her "pogue" costar Jonathan Davis. "I miss my workout buddies," she captioned this snap.

Madison is incredibly transparent about her sexuality. She first opened up about it in a 2020 TikTok. "In it she said she can be attracted to, "Girls. Boys. Trans boys. Trans girls. Nonbinary babies. It's what's on the inside, boo." She feels "zero shame" about her sexuality, she revealed in another video, adding that sharing her truth took a weight off her. "It was worth it. I feel lighter. I feel happier that I can just be so open and honest," she said about it.

Bailey was diagnosed with BPD at age 17, which she manages via meditation, crystals, and staying aware of her own triggers she told Entertainment Tonight. "One of the main [pros] is that likes and dislikes change often, so my aesthetic changes often. My music taste changes often," she added. "I have a very broad personality, which allows me to connect with a lot of people."
