Madison LeCroy is looking good! The Southern Charm cast member recently did a 30-day clean eating plan and there's no denying the incredible results. She told Bravo, "I just started to feel really bad. I just said, 'This has got to stop, so I’m gonna make these foods and I’m gonna eat this kale salad and eat grilled chicken and broccoli four days a week, or whatever it was, and no alcohol for 14 days.' That kind of thing was very tough." While she "felt a lot better," she admitted, "It’s definitely been a struggle. I go back and forth. I’m good for a week and bad for a week." In addition, she enjoys working out and gives fans a glimpse of her exercise regime on Instagram. Here's what she did to help stay in shape. Read on to see 7 ways Madison LeCroy stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Eliminates Alcohol

LeCroy told Bravo she's stopped drinking alcohol for 14 days as a way to help stay in shape. Bess Berger, RDN, PCOS dietitian and owner at NutritonbyBess.com says, "Limiting alcohol can help you maintain or lose weight. While there are health recommendations for alcohol or more specifically wine intake over the course of the week, most people who enjoy alcohol can easily go over recommended weekly allowances. Calories from alcohol add up often without us realizing it. If we enjoy mixed drinks, calories and sugar can add up even more easily. Recommendations for drinks per week are one per day for women and two per day for men. One drink counts as a twelve ounce beer, five ounces of wine, or a shot. In addition, alcohol slows one’s metabolism. As a PCOS dietitian I’ve watched women struggle to lose weight or get an edge on insulin resistance until they try to cut back or limit alcohol."

2. No Dairy

The salon owner turned reality star has revealed to Bravo that she stopped eating dairy during a 30-day clean eating plan. Dr. Steve Hruby, a Doctor of Chiropractic and founder at Kaizen Progressive Health explains, "Dairy products are high in unhealthy saturated fat and cholesterol. They also contain lots of sugar. All of these factors can make it difficult to lose weight and stay in shape. When you avoid dairy, you automatically reduce your calorie intake. You also avoid eating foods that are high in unhealthy fats and cholesterol. This can help you lose weight and stay in shape. Dairy products also contain lots of sugar. Sugar is a major contributor to weight gain and obesity. When you avoid dairy, you automatically reduce your sugar intake. This can help you lose weight and stay in shape."

3. No Artificial Sugar

As part of the 30-day strict diet plan, LeCroy eliminated artificial sugar and according to Dr. Hruby, "Artificial sugar is a major contributor to weight gain and obesity. When you avoid artificial sugar, you automatically reduce your calorie intake. You also avoid eating foods that are high in sugar. This can help you lose weight and stay in shape. It also contributed to diabetes and other health problems. When you avoid artificial sugar, you automatically reduce your risk of developing these health problems. This can help you lose weight and stay in shape."

4. Running

LeCroy posted a quick video of her running on a treadmill to help maintain her toned figure and Robert Dodds, a Certified Personal Trainer, a fitness coach, and founder of nothingbarredfitness.com, a fitness coaching service for busy parents says, "Running helps you to stay fit because it works your cardiovascular system (your heart and lungs). Working your cardiovascular system helps it to become more efficient. Your heart will become stronger, and able to pump more blood with each beat. This means it doesn't have to beat as fast, so your resting heart rate will become slower. This is generally associated with high fitness levels. Your VO2 max will also increase as you become better at running. This means you can get more oxygen with one breath. Every cell in your body requires oxygen, so improving your VO2 max makes your lungs more efficient. You don't need to take as many breaths to get as much oxygen. Running may also help you to lose weight, but again the principle of energy/calorie balance must be adhered to. Running will result in you expending more energy (burning calories), but no amount of running will result in weight loss if you cancel it out by eating too much food (taking in more calories than you burn)."

5. Squats With Weights

In the same Insta video as mentioned above, the Southern Charm star shows off her strength by doing squats with heavy weights. "Squats with, or without, weights, will challenge the muscles in your lower body," says Dodds. "These include your glutes (buttocks), the quads and hamstrings in your thighs and muscles of your core (abs/obliques/lower back), though this is more the case when using weight. Working these muscles will help to develop them more. Combined with a relatively low body fat percentage, this will give the 'toned' appearance coveted by many people."

Celebrities are often responsible for putting diets on the map. From keto and intermittent fasting to Atkins and even juice cleanses, many weight loss eating plans have soared in popularity due to a single star’s endorsement. While many of the diets turn out to be fads, with little scientific evidence endorsing their weight loss benefits, there are a handful which are more effective than the rest. Here are 5 celebrity diets that work, according to an expert, and the photos that prove it.

1. Carrie Underwood: Keeping Track of Macros

carrie underwood CMT 1 scaledErika Goldring/Getty Images

Carrie Underwood is a big fan of counting macros over calories. “I would ‘fall off the wagon,’ then feel terrible and repeat the cycle,” she explained to Women’s Health about her struggles with trying to stay slim in her younger years, sometimes eating as few as 800 calories per day. “Your body is screaming ‘I need more calories. I need more carbs!’

Lauren Minchen, MPH, RDN, CDN, nutrition consultant for Freshbit, the AI-driven visual diet diary app, endorses this method as an effective weight loss strategy. “Learning about macronutrient groups and the best portions in which to combine them is a diet change that is approachable and effective for just about anyone. We can eat healthy foods, but it is still possible to overeat healthy foods, which can still result in weight gain or simply not meeting the weight goal we are looking for,” she explains. Furthermore, combining proteins, fats, and carbs in appropriate portions can boost satiety and support a healthy body weight. “These macronutrients work together synergistically to fill us up, provide us with energy, and support a healthy metabolic rate. Tracking our food and drink intake in a food tracking app can boost our awareness of the portions and food combinations we are consuming, as well as identify any areas we are frequently overeating.”

2. Penelope Cruz: The Mediterranean Diet

“Spain is my country and Madrid is my city and I love living there,” Penelope Cruz told The Daily Mirror. “My family and friends are all there so that’s my place. I love Spanish food. My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food. I eat well, but I try to eat healthy.”

The Mediteranean Diet is ranked the top diet in the world by US News and World Reports, and Minchen confirms it lives up to the hype. “This diet is rich in healthy protein, essential fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals—all of which support healthy metabolic function, reduce inflammation that may disrupt metabolic function, and provide satiety after meals,” she explains. “It's also a sustainable diet in that there are no off-limits food groups! Proteins, whole food carbs, and fats are included for a varied and delicious diet that can help you reach a healthy body weight. This diet is suitable for just about anyone, including diabetics and those with heart disease, because of its being rich in essential nutrients and antioxidants.”

3. Kim Kardashian, Vanessa Hudgens, Halle Berry: Low Carb Diets

vanessa hudgens asking for it movie 1 scaledGary Gershoff/Getty Images

A slew of stars—including Kim Kardashian, Vanessa Hudgens, and Halle Berry—have claimed that low carb diets (including Keto) have helped them slim down fast.

“These diets can be particularly effective for helping manage blood sugar and insulin for those with diabetes and insulin resistance,” Minchen explains. These diets—which include Atkins, keto, South Beach, etc.—typically emphasize fiber, protein, and healthy fats to manage blood sugar and encourage the body to burn its own fat stores for energy. “Those who struggle to manage their blood sugar through portion control and want to lose weight may benefit from trying a lower carb diet. Those with disordered eating should not try these diets.” However, she points out that due to the food (carb) restrictions, these diets may be more harmful than helpful for those with disordered eating and can be hard to follow.

4. Busy Philipps: Allergy/Intolerance-Free Diets (Whole 30)

Poise® Brand And Busy Philipps Launch 'It Takes Poise' CampaignSimon Russell/Getty Images

Actress Busy Philipps recently tried the Whole30 diet, documenting the experience on Instagram, claiming it helped her lose weight, reduced bloating, and also aided with inflammation.

Minchen explains that allergy-intolerance-free diets—including Whole30, gluten-free, dairy-free—may be most beneficial for those with poorly managed inflammation, IBS/gut dysfunction, and excess weight. “Calories and portions are not the only factor in achieving a healthy body weight,” she explains. “Managing inflammation with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, while also avoiding food intolerances and allergies, is essential for optimal metabolism and energy.” She also notes that reducing/eliminating intolerances and allergens can be helpful in reducing overall inflammation if someone is either allergic or sensitive to these foods. “Identifying food intolerances and allergies and then eliminating them can help mediate inflammation, reduce bloating and swelling from those foods, and support healthy weight loss,” she continues. However, anyone with disordered eating may want to be cautious before pursuing these diets, given that they may feel restrictive and trigger more disordered eating thoughts and habits.

5. Beyonce: Plant-Based Diet

beyonce grammys scaledKevin Winter/Getty Images

Beyonce famously whipped herself into shape for Coachella in 2018 with the help of a plant-based diet created by her trainer and nutritionist Marco Borges. Beyonce was so happy with the results, she partnered with him on his 22 Days Nutrition program.

Minchen explains that plant-based diets—which include vegan, vegetarian and pescetarian—are rich in fiber and essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants from plant foods and void of processed and fatty meats and dairy foods. “For some, increasing their intake of plant foods means a greater intake of essential nutrients, decreased caloric intake from processed foods, and greater satiety—all of which can support achieving a healthy body weight,” she says. Going plant-based can also expand one's knowledge of healthy plant foods, like lentils, beans, legumes, a variety of whole grains, tubers, root veggies, and other veggies and fruits that they otherwise may not be eating. However, those with anemia, protein deficiencies, allergies to a large number of plant foods, and those with an eating disorder should be cautious before pursuing a plant-based diet and see a dietitian to ensure they are achieving adequate amounts of iron and protein to meet their nutritional needs.

Although there's a hundred trendy diets out there and products that promise miracle cures that "melt fat"—especially on celebrities' Instagram accounts—the following famous women have found techniques that help them shed pounds that don't rely on gimmicks or the latest fads. They just work, pure and simple. And the best part is anyone can do them! CelebWell spoke with experts who revealed why these six ways could help you star in shape. 1. HIIT Training

Baby2Baby 10-Year Gala Presented By Paul Mitchell - CocktailsStefanie Keenan/Getty Images

Molly Sims stays fit by doing HIIT Training. She stated on her blog, "I used to be that girl who wouldn't pick up the 2-lb weights at SoulCycle with the fear that I'd bulk. That mentality has shifted drastically." Marius Varzaru, a registered dietitian and personal trainer with Strenthgang, explains why it's so effective. "High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a cardio training technique in which phases of high-intensity exercise are alternated with low-intensity phases," he says. "Generally, a training session lasts less than 30 minutes, and each exercise is performed between 20-90 seconds. HIIT increases the thermogenic effect in your body, which increases the length of time your body burns calories during the day. So with just under 30 minutes of work per day, your body keeps burning more calories than usual for hours to come. Furthermore, many of the exercises that make up the foundation of a HIIT workout use all the major muscle groups in your body. This is why, in some cases, HIIT was associated with muscle mass gain, and an effective way to stay in shape."

"So in Molly Sims' case," he continues, "HIIT cardio is a time efficient way to burn fat and also work all the major muscle groups, to the extent where she keeps looking fit year round."Adds Latonya Fore MSN, APRN-CNP and obesity and weight management specialist: "HIIT or high intensity interval training involves repeated bouts of high intensity or 'all out' workout followed by recovery. You perform a high intensity exercise, like a running sprint for 60 seconds followed by a 60 second recovery. Then you repeat the cycle for 8 to 10 repetitions. HIIT not only improves your aerobic and anaerobic performance but it also improves your insulin sensitivity, which is key to weight loss. HIIT also increases post exercise metabolism, which means you continue to burn fat after the exercise is complete."

2. Apple Vinegar and Lemon Water

Bergdorf Goodman Celebrates Victoria Beckham BeautyCraig Barritt/Getty Images

Spice Girl Victoria Beckham starts her day off with apple vinegar and lemon water. "First thing I do every morning is… 2 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar," Beckham revealed on her Instagram story. "Followed by… fresh lemon squeezed into boiling water." Fore says, "The research is inconclusive regarding the benefits of apple cider vinegar for weight loss and maintenance. There are some studies that show apple cider vinegar may reduce total cholesterol and fasting glucose levels. The acidity of the apple cider vinegar and lemon can cause slight nausea after in the morning, which may help control the appetite and cravings later in the day. Starting the day with a protein and complex carbohydrate, like a greek yogurt and granola, would also control the appetite and cravings, without the bitter taste." Just don't skip the water part—lemon-flavored or otherwise, it's an essential key to staying your healthiest.

3. Lunges

Sports Illustrated Super Bowl PartyMichael Tullberg/WireImage

Julianne Hough, 33, always looks amazing and one way she maintains that killer body is by doing lunges. The pro dancer shared an Instagram video of a workout that included lunges and Fore states, "Lunges or lunging is a form of resistance training. Resistance training also raises your resting metabolic rate so you continue to burn fat after the workout. You can perform this exercise using your body weight alone or with dumbbells. What makes lunges so great is because this exercise uses several muscle groups including the quadriceps (thighs), gluteus maximus (buttocks), hamstrings, and the core."

4. Intermittent Fasting

Brooke Burke, 50, has always been into health and fitness, and it shows! The TV host and fitness guru spoke to CelebWell in September, 2021 and revealed how she likes to do intermittent fasting. "I intermittently fast most every day," she told us. "I give myself a resting window of 16 hours, and I eat in an eight-hour window. It's 1:30p right now and I'm breaking my fast. I'm having a shake which is high in calories and in fat, which is totally okay. It has protein, matcha, MCT oil, dates, almond butter, one Tru Niagen stickpack, collagen powder, and cinnamon." Jordan Trinagel, a Licensed Occupational therapist and online health coach states, "Intermittent fasting has been used in ancient healing ayurvedic medicine for decades and has been shown to; let the digestive system rest, detoxify it, and restore and reset the body's systems and improve overall function. A common breakdown is to fast for 14-16 hours and then eat for a period of 8-10 hours, however it is recommended to consult a doctor and not sustain fasting for an extended period of time."

5. High Protein Diet

2021 AACTA Awards Presented by Foxtel Group - ArrivalsDon Arnold/WireImage

Rebel Wilson has lost 77 pounds and credits one of the ways she lost so much weight to a high protein diet. The Pitch Perfect actress told People, “Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,” the star said. “So, I've really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn't used to eat a lot of meat. I eat fish, salmon, and chicken breast.” Trinagel says, "Studies show that a high protein diet can help with weight loss because it decreases the hormone ghrelin, which makes you hungry. Protein is broken down into building blocks called amino acids which can be categorized as essential and non-essential. They are called essential because you can only get them through your diet, non-essential meaning that your body can make them on its own. So, it is suggested that at least 30% of calories should come from protein to help you lose weight. Also, protein builds muscle and the more muscle you have the more effective your body is at shedding fat."

6. Eating Veggies

Elizabeth Hurley Opens Future Dreams House Breast Cancer Support Centre In LondonDave Benett/Getty Images

One way Elizabeth Hurley keeps her figure is by eating veggies. The 56-year-old told the U.K 's Sunday Times, "I think one of the most transformative things that I've done is making 50 percent of what I eat vegetable matter....If you have a slice of toast for breakfast, have an apple too. Counteract everything with vegetables." According to Trinagel, "fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants, nutrients and minerals and have been associated with lower oxidative stress and inflammation which can counteract insulin resistance. Insulin resistance or sensitivity make it difficult for your body to convert glucose into usable energy and negatively impacts blood sugar levels leaving you with stubborn fat."

1. Celery Juice First Thing

Fresh,Celery,Smoothie,JuiceShutterstock

LeCroy says she likes to start the day with celery juice, touting its skincare benefits. “Although celery has a high water content, it contains numerous vitamins and minerals, including potassium and calcium, which are important for heart health,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “It also contains folate and vitamin K, both of which are required for the formation of red blood cells and effective blood clotting. Celery is also a good source of protective plant compounds called flavonoids, which have anti-inflammatory and protective effects on the cardiovascular system. Diets high in fibrous foods like celery are associated with a lower risk of heart disease.”

2. Eggs For Breakfast

Lecroy enjoys two eggs—preferably hard boiled—for breakfast, along with some berries. “Eggs are a good source of protein and contain many other nutrients essential for a healthy diet,” says Caitlin Beale, MS, RDN. “Protein is often considered the most supportive weight loss nutrient (along with fiber) because it helps keep you feeling full and satisfied after meals. Eggs are often called the ‘perfect protein’ because they contain all the essential amino acids our bodies need in ideal proportions—also known as high biological value. Foods with high biological values not only include all the protein we need, but they are easily digested and used by the body, and eggs have the highest biological value.”

3. 30-Day Cleanse

Legends Ball - 2022 BravoConSantiago Felipe/Getty Images

Whenever LeCroy feels herself slipping into unhealthy habits, she does a month-long cleanse eliminating unhealthy and inflammatory foods. “Day one. No alcohol, no carbs, no sugar. 29 days to go,” she captioned a photo of herself in the gym. Instead, the star packs her fridge with healthier options with plenty of proteins and vegetables.

4. Lemon Chicken With Broccoli

One of LeCroy’s go-to dinners is a delicious meal of lemon chicken with broccoli. “A key component of broccoli is a phytochemical known as sulforaphane, which is also responsible for broccoli’s slightly bitter taste,” Shubrook says. “Studies have shown that sulforaphane may play a part in enhancing detoxification of airborne toxins, such as cigarette smoke, and could help reduce the risk of certain cancers. Further research has suggested that broccoli may have anti-cancer properties and could reduce the risk of prostate cancer.”

5. Intermittent Fasting

MadisonLeCroyMadison LeCroy/Instagram

LeCroy admits she can be a bit of a yo-yo dieter, but when she needs a reset, she incorporates intermittent fasting into her regimen. “Between meals, as long as we don’t snack, our insulin levels will go down and our fat cells can then release their stored sugar, to be used as energy,” says Harvard Health. “We lose weight if we let our insulin levels go down. The entire idea of IF is to allow the insulin levels to go down far enough and for long enough that we burn off our fat.”

The singer works incredibly hard to stay in shape and CelebWell spoke with experts who break down her diet and fitness regime. Read on to see 5 ways Jennifer Lopez stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Hydration is Essential

2021 MTV Video Music Awards - BackstageNoam Galai/Getty Images

J. Lo drinks 7 cups of water a day, Us Weekly reports, and Jana Beaudoin, NBC-HWC Certified Health & Nutrition Coach Anti-Aging & Longevity Center of Philadelphia explains, "Drinking water may increase your resting energy expenditure, when you drink cold water your body uses energy to water the water up to body temperature. Research indicates that the resting energy expenditure may last for up to 60 minutes following water consumption.

Drinking water before meals has been shown to reduce the appetite for middle-aged and older individuals, leading to reduced caloric intake. This is also beneficial before reaching for that mid-day snack, many people confuse thirst for hunger, consuming a glass of water may curb snacking and cravings. Additionally, people who consume primarily water as their beverage of choice consume on average 200 less calories than those who sip on caloric beverages. Water also helps remove waste from the body and supports healthy digestion. When the body is dehydrated it can’t remove waste efficiently.

Water is necessary to burn fat. The process of metabolizing fat is called lipolysis, which requires water. Drinking enough water is essential for burning off fat from food/drink and stored fat. Water is essential for a good workout. Hydrate, before, during and after."

2. She Eats Leafy Green Veggies

Fresh,Kale,Leaves,In,A,Canvas,Bag.,Eco,Friendly,Shopping.Shutterstock

According to Us Weekly, the 52-year-old includes plenty of leafy greens into her diet like, "kale, broccoli, and spinach." Beaudoin says, "Leafy greens are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals such as vitamin K, magnesium, B vitamins and calcium. These nutrients are critical for every cell function and help us feel and look younger and more vibrant. They are essential to your anti-aging regimen. Plus they are low in calories. Leafy greens are rich in fiber and water helping you to feel fuller on fewer calories. Eating leafy greens everyday also protects us from disease, such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer."

3. No Caffeine

2020 Film Independent Spirit Awards - Red CarpetAmy Sussman/Getty Images

The mother of two told Us Weekly she doesn't drink caffeine because it can "wreck your skin as you get older.” According to Beaudoin, "There certainly are proven health benefits of drinking a cup of coffee, including a faster metabolism, and possibly lowering the risk of Alzheimer's. However, there are also some real benefits of going caffeine free or at least considering a reduction in your daily caffeine intake. You may notice less anxiety, caffeine gives us a burst of energy, but for some it may also spike the cortisol and stimulate the fight or flight response. For those already prone to stress and anxiety, reducing or eliminating caffeine may help. Sleep is the foundation for health, your caffeine habit may be disrupting the quality and quantity of your sleep. If you do consume caffeine, it is best to limit it to before noon. Nutrient absorption could be impacted for some. The tannins in coffee may inhibit absorption of calcium, iron, and B vitamins. This may be especially true for people with high caffeine consumption and an imbalanced diet. Reducing or eliminating caffeine may also help lower your blood pressure and high caffeine intake 3-5 cups a day is associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease."

4. Four-Circuit Workout

Global Citizen VAX LIVE: The Concert To Reunite The WorldEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

The Marry Me star does a four-circuit workout, Hello! reports and Antoine Hamelin, a kinesiologist, a trainer with 20+ years of experience and CEO of First Step Fitness Trainings, says, "The 4 circuit workout is one of the best tools there is for women who wish to lose weight and develop a toned body. Working out in circuit means combining different weightlifting exercises, done one after another, with little or no rest in between each set. Here are the 3 reasons why circuits are highly effective:

1) It increases the size and strength of the muscles. A woman's body is at a disadvantage when it comes to weight loss. Women carry less muscle than men on their frame and thus have a slower metabolic rate—meaning they burn less calories when they exercise. This is why it can be hard for women to lose weight when all they do is cardio training. In fact, women will burn on average a mere 250 calories for 30 minutes of jogging. The amount of muscle one carries on their body is like the engine in a car. Little horsepower in an engine requires only a little bit of gas to move the car; little muscle mass on a body burns only a few calories with exercise. Performing 4 circuit workouts like J.Lo's is an amazing way to increase muscle on the whole body. As you increase muscle, your metabolism becomes faster, allowing you to burn more calories each time you workout. Moreover, arranging a workout in circuit fashion usually combines exercises for the legs and the upper body altogether, making it even more efficient.

2) Circuit training combines 3-4 exercises done with little or no rest in between the exercises. This type of workout—because of its rapid pace—burns a lot of calories; sometimes more than cardio training for the same duration. Done correctly and at the right intensity, a 4 circuit workout can be as effective as doing high-intensity sprints for weight loss; without the added stress on the joints. Thus, you can literally kill 2 birds with one stone; increase muscle tone AND burn a great amount of calories in one session. Moreover, arranging your exercises in circuit fashion is time efficient and can cut training time by half.

3) Any weight training workout keeps the metabolism elevated up to 24 hours after you are done. It is no different for circuits. Amazingly, you burn calories during the actual workout, and you keep burning calories while you carry on with your daily activities after. This is the main reason why circuits are the best option for women who wish to tone their body and keep in shape; an increased metabolism for hours on end!"

5. Resistance Bands

Lopez uses resistance bands during her workouts and Hamelin reveals why they're so effective. "A workout done with resistance bands is a great way to build a toned body and to keep weight off. This type of workout offers plenty of amazing options both for at-home training or when traveling. Bands are inexpensive and the resistance on the bands can be adjusted to an extent according to the fitness level of the trainee. Working out with bands provides enough resistance on the exercises to stress the muscles enough into becoming stronger. Therefore, it is a good tool to make any exercise harder and more challenging. For example, doing bodyweight squats only will give a beginner results for a few weeks, but it will soon become so easy that it will not further improve the body. However, by adding bands, you can adjust the resistance, thus making the exercise harder and obtaining better results. Bands provide many exercise options to work both the upper and lower body muscles, making it a great option to create your own circuit training. This type of training burns many calories because of the fast pace at which it is done. Also, working out with bands provides the same metabolic increase that is brought about by free weights workouts and will help burn more calories for hours after the workout; thus making it an awesome tool to lose weight or to keep the weight off."

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
