2. She Works Out With Her Dad
Another of LeCroy’s Instagram story exercises is doing pull-ups, and she likes to do them with a very special person. LeCroy is seen doing pull-ups outside with her dad. "Keep movements smooth and controlled. Strengthen the opposing muscles, such as the chest and back muscles, and strive for muscle balance," says the Mayo Clinic. "Once you can easily do an exercise for one set of 12 to 15 repetitions, try alternative forms of the exercise to give you more resistance or challenge."

During the COVID-19 pandemic, LeCroy says she was inspired to change her diet and start eating healthier. She tells BravoTV.com that she started making healthier meals after realizing her previous diet wasn’t making her feel well. "I just started to feel really bad," she recalled. "I just said, 'This has got to stop, so I’m gonna make these foods and I’m gonna eat this kale salad and eat grilled chicken and broccoli four days a week, or whatever it was, and no alcohol for 14 days.' That kind of thing was very tough."

5. She Works With A Coach
To help create a healthy lifestyle, LeCroy says that she has begun working with what she calls an “accountability coach” on her diet and exercise. "I work out with a guy named Gunnar, who has been a friend of mine for so long,” she says to BravoTV.com. “Him and his girlfriend are great. They help me with meal plans and stuff like that just to keep me on track because they know that I’ve worked hard. I would say he’s more of an accountability coach, which I appreciate 'cause sometimes I can get into the work mode and mom mode and put health on the back burner."
6. She Works Out Four Days A Week
LeCroy says to BravoTV.com that she tries to work out regularly, and aims for exercising at least four days a week. "I try to work out at least four days a week, sometimes it’s three days. It’s all generally mental health for me, I crave it. I definitely feel that it makes me a little bit less on edge.’
