She Spends Time on The Water

LeCroy lives in South Carolina, which has many incredible beaches and bodies of water. And according to her Instagram, she loves going outside and exploring the water. LeCroy posted this series of photos and video of her boating with her boyfriend, captioning it, "But did we sink?!" "With Americans taking less vacation, more than ever people need to restore their minds. Being on the water has been shown to offer relaxation, restoration and happiness, along with the added benefits of exercise, social time, and a connection with nature," says the NMMA.

She Golfs

According to this video on her instagram, LeCroy is a fan of golfing. She playfully captioned the video, "This is the kind of fore play my man likes." "Before you start your golf stretches, you may want to warm up with five to 10 minutes of light activity, such as walking around the practice tee. If you have time, complete the full series of golf stretches outlined here. Hold each stretch for about 30 seconds. Studies have found performing an individual stretch one time is beneficial, and repeating an individual stretch generally isn't necessary. Do one set of golf stretches every day and another set before and after each round of golf," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Runs On The Treadmill

In this reel on her Instagram, LeCroy let her followers in on some of her favorite ways to exercise. The first thing she is seen doing is running on a treadmill. "Try to find a speed that you can comfortably run at for at least 15 minutes. Find your heart rate at that speed and make sure you take it at least three times and get similar values. Also, see if you can talk at this pace at about the five – minute and 10- minute marks," says ACE Fitness.

She Weight Trains

In the same reel, LeCroy also revealed that she's a fan of weight training. The reality star is seen using two different types of weights, and doing two different exercises. She's seen deadlifting with a dumbbell, and doing squat lunges with a handweight. "Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age," says NCH.
