They help me with meal plans and stuff like that just to keep me on track because they know that I’ve worked hard," she explained to Bravo TV. "I would say he’s more of an accountability coach, which I appreciate 'cause sometimes I can get into the work mode and mom mode and put the health on the back burner."

2. She Spends Time on The Water

LeCroy lives in South Carolina, which has many incredible beaches and bodies of water. And according to her Instagram, she loves going outside and exploring it. LeCroy posted this series of photos and video of her boating with her boyfriend, captioning it, “But did we sink?!”

3. She Runs On The Treadmill

In this reel on her Instagram, LeCroy let her followers in on some of her favorite ways to exercise. The first thing she is seen doing is running on a treadmill. “A study out of the United Kingdom showed first-time marathon runners significantly improved their cardiovascular health during training for a 26.2-mile race,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Specifically, this study showed participants had improvements in overall cardiovascular health but particularly related to the stiffness of the aortic vessel. This is important because as people age, the body's vessels become stiffer. This can be detrimental to your health since with stiff vessels your body has to work harder to pump blood.”

4. She Weight Trains

In the same reel, LeCroy also revealed that she’s a fan of weight training. The reality star is seen using two different types of weights, and doing two different exercises. She’s seen deadlifting with a dumbbell, and doing squat lunges with a handweight. “Weight training is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. Weight training provides a stress to the muscles that causes them to adapt and get stronger, similar to the way aerobic conditioning strengthens your heart,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Weight training can be performed with free weights, such as barbells and dumbbells, or by using weight machines. You can also increase your strength through other types of resistance exercises, such as by using your body weight or resistance bands.”

5. She Goes To Fitness Classes

LeCroy says that she struggles with rosacea and sees a professional to help her with this. “I go to a place here in Charleston called Ella Ora and see Kristen Joy VanGuilder who people come from all over to see, I’m lucky to get an appointment. She has me on MBR products, it’s a German brand. I have suffered with rosacea recently and she has me on all these calming products. I’ve had to chill out on my workouts and the red wine unfortunately because of it, but I do use all the MBR products religiously.”

2. She Removes Her Makeup

Being on TV, LeCroy has to wear a lot of makeup, and she makes sure to get it all off. She shared her tips to New Beauty, “I wash my face at night with the cleanser ($98) and do my healing mask ($330) and wake up to no texture and just radiant skin, which is hard when you are wearing like all this T.V. makeup, and it can get a little congested. 3. She Gets Facials

LeCroy tells New Beauty that she likes to have facials done. “Let me tell you the one facial that I just did because it’s recent, but it was to help with rosacea. Ella Ora hooked me up with a DyeVL laser treatment. It wasn’t painful and I didn’t have any downtime, so I didn’t look crazy for days or anything like that. It just smooths out the skin and is good for rosacea. I’ve been doing that and then just your signature facials.”

4. She Does Quick Workouts

LeCroy shares a lot of her favorite exercises on Instagram. She usually shares workouts that her trainer, Gunnar Made, assigns her. Since she has a busy schedule, she likes to do quick workouts at home. In this video she posted, LeCroy is seen jumping rope, using hand weights, doing squat jumps, and burpees, among others. At home, Madison uses an infrared sauna. She is also a fan of using a sauna blanket when she is on the road. “You guys know that I have the one out in the garage, but this one you can travel with,” she said in an Instagram Story. According to the star, the blanket is “mood-lifting” and activates “glowing skin.” There is also a towel that goes with the sauna that “goes on underneath” for a “dry brushing” and provides a “full-body detox.”

2. She Gets Plastic Surgery

Madison is open about going under the knife. "After giving birth to an 10-pound baby eight years ago, I no longer felt confident in my own skin," she revealed in an Instagram photo. "I’ve always been fitness obsessed and aware of what I was eating but sometimes, no matter how much you diet and exercise, there are areas that don’t quite bounce back to where they were originally." She went to doctor, Patrick O'Neill, who "gave me my confidence back and transformed the parts of my body that I was most self-conscious about. "I just started to feel really bad," she said about why she was inspired. "I just said, 'This has got to stop, so I'm gonna make these foods and I'm gonna eat this kale salad and eat grilled chicken and broccoli four days a week, or whatever it was, and no alcohol for 14 days.' That kind of thing was very tough," she added to Bravo.

Madison has a yo-to approach to diet and exercise. “It’s definitely been a struggle. I go back and forth. I’m good for a week and bad for a week,” she said about her eating habits. “I try to work out at least four days a week, sometimes it’s three days. 1. She Shows Self Control

A big one is that she shows restraint. When she spends time at home with her son, they love to bake. When the treats come out, smelling incredible, not many people could resist, but she does. "I’m just kind of helping cook and taking a bit," Madison told Bravo Insider. When it comes to maintaining balance and moderation in her daily diet, she explained, "I try to stay pretty healthy."

2. She’ll Cleanse When Necessary

Madison will do occasional cleanses where she eliminates or cuts back on foods like carbs and sugar, in addition to alcohol. She admits that she "started off [self] quarantine not healthy.” "I just started to feel really bad. In a new social media post the actress flaunts her impressive midsection during a workout at the gym. “dojang diaries,” she captioned the series of snaps. “Magnific! Be Consistent

Consistency – at the gym and the martial arts studio – is the key to success. "It is a way of life," Rayna says. "It's not only teaching your body movements and being in synchronicity with your body, but also just like the mental aspect of it."

Fight Your Way to a Hot Body

Rayna is a big fan of martial arts. She has been doing taekwondo since she was 2, earning her first black belt at 6. "In the very beginning, my parents put me in the sport because I was just really shy, and I think they could tell that I needed something," says Vallandingham, who lives and trains in Los Angeles. "Immediately, I just loved it. I felt at home, and every single day, instead of watching Dora, I wanted to go to the dojo,” she told Well + Good. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function, psychological health, weight loss, and physical fitness.

Work on Strength and Flexibility

Rayna recommends prioritizing strength, flexibility, and power. "Of the three, I think strength and flexibility are the top two," Vallandingham says. "We used to have people stand on my legs and force my knees to come down in butterfly stretch," she says. "I have permanent damage to my body—I have tendonitis [because of this]."

Lift Weights

If you want a strong, lean body like Vallandingham, you must lift for it. The star strength trains, focusing on supersets, doing two moves back-to-back that target the same muscle groups to double down on their gains. One of her favorite exercises is a goblet squat. She stands with her feet shoulder-width apart, folded forward until she can slide her palms underneath her soles (you could also hold your ankles or calves), then bends her knees, lowering her butt toward the floor while lifting her chest, coming into a deep squat. She'll bend and extend her legs several times in this position. Then, it's on to the main event, holding a weight in her hands while bending down into a deep squat. "I love utilizing a Bosu ball—they're pretty much in every single gym," she adds.

Stretch

Rayna never skips stretching. She starts by by lying on the floor with her legs up the wall and then allowing them to open out into a side split. "I let gravity do its work because that's my body telling me, okay, this is where we're at," she says. "My hips are opening on their own, and I'm not having to force anything." “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

During her interview with San Diego, Charli explained how you should be running. “Remember, the sole of the foot is showing right in front of us,” she said, doing a type of high-knee movement. “To do this, you’re over exaggerating your running form while standing still. Raise your knee up, point your toes to the clouds (forming an A), and then pedal the sole of your foot forward before striking your knee down. It’s more complicated than it sounds after 30-plus years of moving a certain way,” the writer explained.

Positive Attitude

In a recent post Charli revealed things she learned about positivity. “Patience is easier when it isn’t required,” she said. “The people around you are BLESSINGS (which I feel like I already understood but sometimes it’s nice to have it emphasized).” Also, “We are up, we are down, but trusting the process sometimes means knowing that it’s all good even when it’s not the best” and “Making a plan is the best option for everything. It’s ok if the plan doesn’t go perfect, but just willy-nilly-ing it is not the best option when you want to get things done.”

Never Giving Up

Charli refuses to give up. “Understand what you want first, and then go for it. Then keep going for it all the time, and, eventually, you’ll get it,” she said during her interview.
