Madison Lewis, the influencer and YouTuber, is no stranger to posting stunning photos on social media. She has posted several swimsuit photos on Instagram. She Washes Her Face With Cold Water

In this Instagram live, Lewis did a makeup tutorial for her fans. She also revealed some of her skincare secrets. One thing she revealed was the fact that she washes her face with cold water only. "I only wash my voice with cold water," she says.

She Doesn't Use Makeup Wipes

In the same Instagram live, Lewis revealed how she takes her makeup off. She says that she avoids using a popular product to do this. "I don't use makeup wipes," she says. "I just wash my face." "Proactive skin care can help keep your skin youthful and healthy. Start with skin care rule No. 1 — protect yourself from the sun. When you're outdoors, wear protective clothing and use generous amounts of sunscreen. Then consider other skin care basics, such as avoiding strong soaps and managing stress," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Plays Tennis

Lewis loves to play tennis as a way to stay in shape. She has been seen at the courts on her social media. Lewis posted this video on her Instagram story of herself playing tennis with a friend. Tennis is a great cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," says ACE Fitness.

She Likes To Read

In addition to exercising her body, Lewis likes to exercise her mind. One thing she likes to do is read. Lewis posted this set of photos on Instagram of herself reading by the pool. She captioned the post, "I'm finally reading Harry Potter!" "Your brain is similar to a muscle — you need to use it or you lose it. There are many things that you can do to keep your brain in shape, such as doing crossword puzzles or Sudoku, reading, playing cards or putting together a jigsaw puzzle. Consider it cross-training your brain. So incorporate different activities to increase the effectiveness," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Teaches Herself New Skills

Lewis has a lot of hobbies. She likes to learn new skills and tricks. One thing she taught herself how to do is play the piano. She posted this video on YouTube of herself playing piano. "I basically teach myself," Lewis said in the video. "I watch a YouTube video." Learning new skills is a great way to keep your mind sharp. "One of the higher functions that a human brain can engage with is the performance of music," says Dr. Bernard Bendok to the Mayo Clinic. "As you master those instruments, there are certain connections that grow and get enhanced in the brain. The brain likes to be challenged. We know that the more languages you know, the less your risk of dementia. And music happens to be a language."
