Do Promote Self-Love
Madison is a big proponent of self-love and confidence. Not only does she regularly share photos of herself oozing self-confidence, nearly all of them have her trademark hashtag: #justrememberyourebeautiful. "Overall, the term 'body image' is how people think, feel and perceive their own body. During adolescence, it can be difficult to maintain a healthy body image because of major physical and emotional changes, and social pressures, that occur during this phase of life," says the Mayo Clinic. "Children and teens who have negative thoughts about their bodies are at an increased risk of low self-esteem, depression, substance use, eating disorders, and unhealthy body weight, including being underweight or overweight. In addition, some teenagers might engage in risky behaviors that can affect their future opportunities, such as ignoring schoolwork or participating in illegal behaviors that lead to trouble with the law."
Do Play Tennis
One way Lewis stays fit is with the help of tennis. She even posted this video on her Instagram story of herself making a racquet on the court with a friend. What makes tennis a great sport? According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Don't Be Unprepared with Your Diet
Madison is all about meal prep. She keeps cuts veggies on hand, dividing up plastic containers, adding carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery, adding a little ranch dressing in the center.
Don't Be Too Restrictive
Madison eats healthy most of the time, but allows herself to indulge in her favorite treats. Some of her favorite guilty pleasures? Cookies, oreos, hamburgers, banana pancakes, and tacos, all of which she has shared in her Instagram Stories.
Do Strength Training
If you want a body like Madison, do strength training workouts. She is one of the many stars who train at the celeb mecca gym The Dogpound, working out with trainers Kirk Meyers, Josh Lopez, and Kevin Mejia. She does a variety of strength and weight training moves, using kettlebells, free weights and exercise bands.
Don't Work Out Alone
Madison likes working out with friends. Amongst her go-to workout buddies? Bryce Hall and Timothy Brundige. "If you are a morning person and like to work out before you head to the office, you probably will not be able to partner with someone who works the night shift at a hospital. Instead, find someone who will want to exercise at a time when you are both at your best," says ACE Fitness. "It is not necessary that you and your workout partner are exact mirrors of one another. In fact, this may be a wonderful opportunity for you to become more open-minded and appreciate someone's differences."
Do Be Transparent
Madison is honest when it comes to her looks. In 2021 she even confused to going under the knife. "I know a lot of you are like, 'What!? Why did she get a nose job??' I got one because I didn't like my side profile … and I was either going to change it now or later, so I did now. I didn't have to get surgery on anything, I wanted to. So I did," she said in an Instagram Story.
