In 2019, Bertero opened up about her wellness routine to Nueva Mujer. She says that she has learned to be comfortable with herself. “More than accepting, it is about taking care of yourself and loving yourself as you are,” she says. “Sometimes you feel dissatisfied with some things, but listening to other women, I learned to accept myself.”
2. She Does What She Wants
Bertero lives life on her own terms. She tells Nueva Mujer, “If I want to improve something about myself, it is because I want to and not because of the opinion of others. It's hard for me, since I'm constantly exposed to people's comments, but as long as I feel happy, everything is fine.”
3. She Functional Trains
Bertero revealed her favorite exercise to Nueva Mujer. “I'm doing functional training,” she says. “It is dynamic and quite demanding. I started recently and noticed results immediately.”

Bertero is all about staying hydrated. She tells Nueva Mujer that this is one of her biggest skincare tips. “I drink plenty of water, protect myself from the sun with sunscreen, and use moisturizers. Drinking enough water a day keeps my skin, nails and hair in wonderful condition.”
5. She Loves Coconut Oil
Bertero gets a lot of hair and skin tips from her mom. She tells Nueva Mujer that she learned to use coconut oil in her hair. “Since my mom knows too much about beauty and aesthetics, she has given me several little secrets. One of them is to apply coconut oil at night and, the next day, I wash my hair as usual.”
