She Does Yoga

Fręch does a lot of different kinds of workouts to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is yoga. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself doing different poses. Fręch captioned it, "Some quality time while staying at home. It's just beginning!" Fręch says that she likes yoga because it helps with her flexibility.

She Works Out Her Arms

Being a tennis star means that Fręch has to have strong arms, in order to swing the racquet. In this workout video she posted on Instagram, she is seen doing twists and bicep curls with a cable, and shoulder presses with a weight. She captioned it, "No days off." In this workout video, she is seen doing pulldowns and bicep curls.

She Weight Trains

Fręch does a lot of weight and strength training to stay in shape. In the previous two Instagram videos, she is seen using things like kettlebells and hand weights. In this series of gym videos and photos, she is seen doing squats with a weighted ball, tricep curls with handweights, and lunges with a circle weight. She captioned it, "Preparation in progress!"

She Does Planks

One exercise Fręch likes to do to stay in shape is planks. In the previous post, she is seen doing side planks with a medicine ball. She also does a hand plank, while balancing on the ball. Planks are a great exercise. The Cleveland Clinic states, "Plank exercises work your core muscles, which are located between your pelvic floor and diaphragm. The area is also known as your trunk. These muscles support your movements and stabilize the spine."

She Hikes

Fręch doesn't always go to the gym to workout. One thing she does to stay in shape is go on hikes. She shares a lot of hiking posts on Instagram. Frech shared these photos, captioning them, "My perfect way to social distancing!" She also shared these photos, captioning them, "And at the end of the day your feet 🦶 should be dirty, your hair messy and your eyes 👀 sparkling. ✨Let's hike!"
