Actress Maisie Smith, best known for her long-running role on the British TV show, Eastenders, just stunned in a new bikini photo on Instagram. 1. She Actually Enjoys Going To The Gym
While working out and hitting the gym might seem like a chore for some, Smith admits she actually likes it. “I’ll be honest, I love going to the gym,” she told New! Magazine. “It’s my happy place where I can work on myself.” Smith also admits that the lockdown did stunt her fitness. “In lockdown it was closed and I didn't do one home workout. I just couldn't be bothered."
2. She Has Her Own Fitness Program

Smith started her own fitness program in 2017, called Results 4 Teens, which served to help teenagers and young people learn about exercise, health, and nutrition. "It all started with a couple of training sessions that I posted on Instagram which got hundreds of comments," she told The Sun in 2017. "It was then I realised that so many teens struggle with not only how to keep fit but also the confidence to join in group classes sometimes!"
3. She Loves Yoga

Smith told The Sun in 2017 that one of her favorite ways to workout is doing yoga. “I have always loved keeping active, especially with yoga,” she says.
4. She Works With A Personal Trainer

Smith, like many, works with a personal trainer, and she says that her trainer has educated her on ways to stay healthy. “Last year I met Cecilia Harris (celebrity PT) on holiday in Spain and we got chatting about ways I could get stronger and fitter,” she told The Sun in 2017. Smith says that working with Harris was one of the reasons she decided to start her fitness program.
5. She Lifts Weights
According to this photo on Instagram, Smith is a fan of strength training and using weights. In the photo, Smith is seen doing curls with 10 pound hand weights.
