The EastEnders star shows off her fabulous figure via one of her latest Instagram posts looking incredibly festive in a jolly green bathing suit and furry hot while steaming up the hot tub. “Sleigh queen,” she captioned the sultry series of Instagram snaps. 1. Take Group Classes

When Maisie was still a teen in 2017 she launched a fitness program called Results 4 Teens. "It all started with a couple of training sessions that I posted on Instagram which got hundreds of comments," she told The Sun in 2017. "It was then I realized that so many teens struggle with not only how to keep fit but also the confidence to join in group classes sometimes!"

2. Find Joy in Exercise

According to Maisie, finding joy in exercise is key. "I'll be honest, I love going to the gym," she told New! Magazine. "It's my happy place where I can work on myself."

3. Eat to Fuel Your Body

Smith views food as fuel and makes sure to eat what her body needs. For example, while prepping for Strictly, she told Heat that she had to eat more because she was training more. “It's weird. Everyone always says ‘Going on the show you're just going to shed the weight.’ But I haven't noticed that about myself because I eat triple the amount of food I was eating before,” she said. “I think I'm the only celeb to actually put on weight.”

4. Do Yoga

Smith also does a lot of yoga. "I have always loved keeping active, especially with yoga," she told The Sun. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

5. Work On Loving Yourself

Smith recently opened up about her body image struggles, revealing that she was very insecure about her legs. “No matter how many people told me ‘cellulite is natural.. everyone has it..’ I still hated them,” she captioned an Instagram post. “It’s taken me a while but I’m starting to accept these aspects of myself that I’ve always seen as ‘flaws’. I wore gym shorts (out of the house) for the FIRST time a couple of months ago n I was so so proud of myself 💘. I wish I could I say that I LOVE my body but I’m still working on that 😅 The reason I posted this was because I understand that it’s SO hard to love yourself and see your ‘flaws’ as ‘qualities’. We ALL have things we want to change about ourselves. But I hope this can help other people feel more confident about their own insecurities. BECAUSE YOU ARE FRIGGING BEAUTIFUL. And because self love is the best love.”
