She Drinks Sport Drinks

Malillany energizes and hydrates for her workouts with the help of a sport's drink. "Good morning Joy! Good morning my people ✌🏻😜 this week I can only come one day to the Gym but that if hydration is daily sugar!! and Water 💦 are not missing in my life," she captioned this post

She Dances

Malillany likes to dance. She competed in Univision's "Mira Quien Baila" dance competition, sharing lots of videos of herself showing off her moves on social media. Why is dancing great? In addition to being fun it helps build strength and promote flexibility, promotes weight loss and even improves cardiovascular function. According to a 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

She Drinks Coffee

"But first.. coffee ☕️🙏🏻 Good morning family," Malillany captioned this cup of her morning caffeine jolt. Should you drink coffee? Yes, says science. One 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death. Researchers found "significant reductions" in the risk for coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure and stroke for all three types of coffee.

She Works Out…A Lot

Exercise is a big part of Malillany Marín's life. She regularly shares photos and videos from her gym. "Exercise body and mind and don't forget to hydrate. I do it with mouth covers your majesty in hydration," she captioned this post.

She Kayaks

Malillany also enjoys kayaking, which is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.
