WWE star Amanda Rose Saccomanno (aka Mandy Rose) is not just an athlete, she’s a performer. As a professional wrestler, Rose essentially trains for a living—and her incredibly toned physique is proof of her hard work. Rose posted a photo of herself on Instagram posing in a green bathing suit, with the caption “Holding onto that summer feeling… @harrylhgfx @kl_swimwear.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Rose stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Is Realistic About Her Diet

Like most professional athletes, Rose is careful about her diet, following a mostly high-protein regimen. But she refuses to obsess over it. “Overall, I try to be consistent,” she tells Muscle and Fitness. “But sometimes you just have to eat what’s available. I’m lucky to have good genes. And life’s all about balance… If I want to eat some cheese or a doughnut, I don’t worry about it. I’ve developed a lot of muscle mass over the years, so I make sure to consume enough protein. But I also love carbs.”

2. She Does HIIT Workouts

Here is Rose’s HIIT workout, as told to Muscle and Fitness:

Heavy Squat: 4 sets, 8-10 reps

Battle Ropes: 4 sets, 30-second reps

Burpee to Pullup: 4 sets, 10-12 reps

Boxing: 4 sets, 30-second reps

Med Ball Pushup: 4 sets, 12-15 reps

Rowing Machine: 4 sets, 30-second reps on/off

“Although aerobic exercise is a great tool in maintaining your heart health, as far as weight loss tactics go, that steady-state run isn’t the best calorie-burner,” says Julia Sullivan, CPT. “And while weight training is typically the most reliable weight loss tactic when it comes to fitness type (remember though, weight loss is achieved through a calorie deficit, which is most easily achieved through diet), if there is one form of cardio that blasts calories, it’s HIIT.”

3. Cardio Is Her therapy

“I usually work out five or six days per week, depending on my schedule, with each workout lasting about one and a half hours,” Rose says. “Right now, I do a little more cardio because I tend to eat more with the crazy schedule—I can’t diet as much as I used to. Cardio is a good way for me to warm up and acts almost as therapy for me.”

4. She Prioritizes Rest and Recovery

“Recovery is very important with how much we train,” Rose says. “Rest for me is No. 1, because I need my seven to eight hours of sleep every night. And whenever I can get body work done, like a massage or chiropractor session, I do it.”

“When starting a new fitness regime, we’re often told it’s important to take ‘rest days’ between workouts,” says Derek Ball, head of sport science, University of Aberdeen. “The reason many recommend rest days is to allow the body’s muscles to recover from any damage they’ve sustained during workouts, and to allow them to grow. And numerous scientific studies show that rest days do indeed play an important role in helping us maintain good health and fitness.”

5. She Really Does Love Doughnuts

Rose started Damandyz Donutz with fellow wrestler Sonya Deville (real name Daria Berenato). “Initially, Damandyz Donutz started off as a YouTube series where the two young entrepreneurs traveled the globe tasting and rating the best glazed donuts,” according to their website. “The pair recognizes that athletes, especially women are put under extreme pressure to look a certain way while eating a restrictive diet, and they combat these stereotypes to demonstrate that you can be in excellent shape while also enjoying the pleasures of life.”

Mandy Rose, the WWE wrestler and entrepreneur, has built a business around herself, and her fit figure is part of the business model. So it was no surprise when she shared an image of herself in a 44-degrees cold tub. “Cold tub rehab,” it was captioned—”so cold,” she said—and she followed it with a clip from a hot tub. 1. She Grew Up Playing Sports

Mandy-SacsMandy Rose/Instagram

“I grew up playing sports and dancing, so I loved staying super active. I wanted to get in better shape and get more involved in weight training. So the timing couldn’t be better when a friend of mine recommended that I should do a fitness competition. I fell in love with fitness and the way I was able to transform my body as well as live a healthier lifestyle. From there, I started to grow my following and sign a few different endorsement deals,” she told Entrepreneur.

2. She Works Out Bigtime

“I usually work out five or six days per week, depending on my schedule, with each workout lasting about one and a half hours,” Rose told Muscle & Fitness. “Right now, I do a little more cardio because I tend to eat more with the crazy schedule—I can’t diet as much as I used to,” she explains. “Cardio is a good way for me to warm up and acts almost as therapy for me.”

3. She Loves Lower Body Workouts

“My favorite body part to train is my lower body,” Rose says. “I get a great feeling after a good squat day or leg session. That rush of serotonin is part of why I continue to work out and live a healthy lifestyle,” she told M&F.

4. She Went Skiing

“First time skiing was a blast!” she posted recently. “Research shows that preconditioning before ski season will help improve your endurance, muscular strength and reaction times, and decrease your risk of injury. Injury risk rises dramatically with increased muscle fatigue, as our ability to maintain technique and form is compromised. So now is the time to get out those tennis shoes and whip yourself into shape,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

5. This is Why She’s So Successful

“A lot of it came from my youth, growing up with three older brothers, working three different jobs at the same time, having goals and working hard to achieve them, and most importantly learning to be independent. When I worked at my father’s deli in Carmel, New York when I was young, my experience waiting on customers and interacting with people all day taught me so many social skills and helped me open up. I was able to chat with different people from different backgrounds, and it shed a new light for me in the sense of being more personable and sociable, which is super relatable in everyday life,” she told Entrepreneur.

Too Hot To Handle star Carly Lawrence is clearly happiest when she’s in a bikini. The reality star posted a video of herself on Instagram looking stunning in a purple bikini, with one fan commenting that she looks “maravilhosa”. So how does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lawrence stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Oysters

Lawrence enjoys oysters, which are a great source of vitamin D, copper, selenium, iron, vitamin B12, and zinc. “Yes, oysters are very good for you,” says preventive cardiology dietitian Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. “In fact, you probably didn’t know that it’s hard to beat all the health benefits of oysters from a nutritional standpoint. Oysters can really pack a healthy punch. Think of oysters as little shells full of nutrients.”

2. She Stays True To Herself

Launch Of MuzicSwipeMichael Tullberg/Getty Images

Being on a reality show didn’t affect Lawrence’s sense of self. “For me it was easy because I just didn’t have to think about it,” she told COMPLEX. “I just said what I wanted to say, I did what I wanted to do. There wasn’t much thought into it because I was like, this is just who I am as a person. I look back and I’m like, OK, maybe I shouldn’t have done or said that, but then I’m like, well, I’m being authentic. So that’s me. And if people don’t like something that I did or said, then they might just not like me.”

3. She Loves Her “Beach Hair”

Lawrence isn’t a fan of the overly-groomed look, preferring messier “beach hair”. “A lot of people just tell me to brush my hair, which I don’t disagree with them,” she jokes. Lawrence’s hair might actually be healthier this way, experts say, "After only a day of not using irons or heat instruments to style the hair, it will be in the condition that our hair is which is dehydrated, fragile, dull, and lifeless," says Garnier celebrity hairstylist Millie Morales. "After a month, you will notice an incredible, stronger change in your hair. You would have recovered the hydration, the natural oils of your hair and would have strengthened the protective layer of the hair."

4. She Loves the Water

Lawrence has posted lots of snaps of herself frolicking in the ocean (in a bikini, of course!). “The color blue has been found by an overwhelming amount of people to be associated with feelings of calm and peace,” says clinical psychologist Richard Shuster, PsyD. “Staring at the ocean actually changes our brain waves’ frequency and puts us into a mild meditative state.”

5. She Loves to Dance

Lawrence enjoys dancing, based on her TikTok posts. “We know that movement is good for everyone,” says Emily Sandow, supervisor of dance physical therapy at NYU Langone’s Harkness Center for Dance Injuries. “A healthy lifestyle is integrating the mind, body and soul relationship, and dance has all of those characteristics. Everyone can do something, even if it’s just you just tapping your foot. Everyone can do something where they can move their body to music, and that’s really valuable.”

Rainford opened up about her career to Wonderland Magazine. She says that the pandemic made her want to go after new opportunities, like auditioning for Nova Jones. “I think with everything that happened, it made me realise that if I enjoy something I should just go ahead and do it,” she says. “I love music and I love making music and being an artist, but acting and drama have also been something that I really enjoyed, so when the opportunity came up to do some self tape auditions and auditions over Zoom, I jumped at the opportunity.”

2. She Doesn’t Rush Things

BAFTA Children & Young People Awards 2022Dave Benett/Getty Images

Rainford opened up about how her mindset has changed in her Wonderland Magazine interview. She says that she is taking things slow when it comes to her career, and is letting things happen on their own pace. “I think the biggest thing I’ve learnt is that everyone’s journey is different. Whether you’re just starting now, or been in it for a while, you shouldn’t rush things.”

3. She Focuses On Herself

Rainford isn’t comparing herself to others and is focusing on herself. “You should really work on yourself and your craft,” she tells Wonderland Magazine. “Just enjoy every moment because it’s so much fun when you get to do something you love. So just take it all in.”

4. She’s Not Trying To Be Perfect

Prior to appearing on Strictly, Rainford talked about her approach to the show in an interview with BBC One. She says that she didn’t want to put too much pressure on herself to be perfect and just enjoy herself on the show. “I can be a perfectionist. So trying not to stress too much about one specific thing, and worry about the overall product. I've heard from others that simplicity is key.”

5. She Goes To The Beach

Rainford loves to spend time by the water. She and her Strictly co-star, Fleur East, decided to take a beach vacation together to Barbados. Rainford shared this photo on Instagram of the two of them by the water. She captioned it, “From the ballroom to the beach.” MedIndia reports that going to the beach can have a positive impact on your mindset and wellbeing. “Listening to the waves crash against the shore calms brain activity, and the color blue offers a sense of relaxation, serenity, and peace, thereby releasing hormones such as dopamine and serotonin to reduce your stress levels. So, make sure to wash away your stress levels at the seaside.”

Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper in Two-Piece Workout Gear Cheers on "Consistent Actions"
Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly.
