She Loves Lower Body Workouts

Rose talked about her favorite workouts in an interview with Muscle and Fitness. She says that she enjoys working out, specifically leg workouts. "My favorite body part to train is my lower body," Rose says. "I get a great feeling after a good squat day or leg session. That rush of serotonin is part of why I continue to work out and live a healthy lifestyle."

She Does Cardio

Rose tells Muscle and Fitness that her exercises depend on her diet. She says that she usually does a lot of cardio, especially at this moment. "Right now, I do a little more cardio because I tend to eat more with the crazy schedule,"

she says. "I can't diet as much as I used to. Cardio is a good way for me to warm up and acts almost as therapy for me."

She Gets Enough Rest

 

Rose has a busy schedule. For that reason getting enough sleep and relaxation is important. "Rest for me is No. 1," she says to Muscle and Fitness. "Because I need my seven to eight hours of sleep every night. And whenever I can get body work done, like a massage or chiropractor session, I do it."

She Wants To Teach Others About Fitness

Rose has her own fitness app. She tells Muscle and Fitness that she wants to teach others about fitness and wellness. "I've been wanting to do this for a while now," Rose says. "Being able to provide a platform like this for fans is important to me. I love the fitness industry and want to be involved as much as I can. Not everyone is aware just how important health and fitness are, so I want to share that knowledge.

She Exfoliates

Rose opened up about her daily routine to Allure. She says skincare is extremely important to her. "I usually use another exfoliator that's a little bit rougher every other night," she says. "After I take off my makeup. After show days basically. I just feel cleaner after I use an exfoliator. Part of my job is wearing makeup, and traveling and different hotels every night. Taking care of my skin and developing a consistent routine is extremely important."
