1. She Has A Lot Of Support
Rose opened up about her career to USA. She says that she has a lot of supportive people in her life. “There have been so many people,” she says. “So many coaches, producers, and writers that really have had my back and always believed in me. Even developing stronger relationships with them in the sense of, they know that I’m such a real and genuine person at the end of the day.”
2. She Ignores Other’s Opinions
Rose tells USA that she doesn’t care what other people think of her and her career. “Fans and critics out there … you know, they’re always going to think how they’re going to think. That’s fine, but at the end of the day you can’t deny the work I’ve put in and ignore my credibility at this point. Anyone can say whatever they want to say but at the end of the day, I can back it up in the ring. That’s been the biggest thing thus far in this NXT run for me, personally.”
3. She Works With A Trainer

Rose admits to Muscle and Fitness that she wasn’t always into working out and eating right. She credits working with a trainer to herself living a healthier lifestyle. “I was conflicted at first,” she says. “I always worked out, but I wasn’t super strict with my diet. I hired a trainer and approached it like a hobby, but once I saw the progress and how my body was changing, I loved it.”
4. She Still Indulges
Rose tells Muscle and Fitness that she eats healthy most of the time. However, she does still indulge once in a while. She says that this usually happens when she’s traveling.“Overall, I try to be consistent,” she says, “But sometimes you just have to eat what’s available. I’m lucky to have good genes. And life’s all about balance.” Rose names donuts as a favorite of hers.
5. She Does A Lot More Cardio
Rose tells Muscle and Fitness that she does a lot of cardio workouts. She says that this decision is because of her diet. “Right now, I do a little more cardio because I tend to eat more with the crazy schedule,” she explains. “I can’t diet as much as I used to. Cardio is a good way for me to warm up and acts almost as therapy for me.”
