She Embraces Change

Rose tells HollywoodLife.com that she isn't afraid of changes, whether it's for her career or her life. "Change in my world is always good. Of course, there is always apprehension. There is always fear a little bit with change — because you never know what the outcome is going to be. You might feel a little uncomfortable at first, but I think so far, I have been feeling the change. My career has always been based on taking risks — just going for that leap of faith and having my hard work and talent and perseverance and everything else kind of come along with it."

She Works Out Five or Six Days A Week

Being a professional wrestler, Rose naturally has to spend a lot of time working out. She tells Muscle and Fitness that she makes sure to get a lot of gym and workout sessions each week. "I usually work out five or six days per week, depending on my schedule, with each workout lasting about one and a half hours," Rose says.

3

She Does A Lot Of Cardio

Rose tells Muscle and Fitness that most of her workouts are cardio ones. "I do a little more cardio because I tend to eat more with the crazy schedule—I can't diet as much as I used to," she explains. "Cardio is a good way for me to warm up and acts almost as therapy for me." According to Harvard Health, cardio exercises are "the cornerstone of any effective fitness program and a key to living a longer, more joyful life. What's more, the payoffs are impressive—from lowering your risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and some types of cancer to helping to improve your sleep and mood."

She Loves Lower Body Workouts

Rose says that she doesn't skip leg days. In fact, she actually likes them the most out of all her workouts, and they encourage her to stay healthy. "My favorite body part to train is my lower body," Rose says to Muscle and Fitness. "I get a great feeling after a good squat day or leg session. That rush of serotonin is part of why I continue to work out and live a healthy lifestyle."

She Makes Time For Recovery

While Rose's workouts are both frequent and pretty intense, she also makes sure to take days off. She tells Muscle and Fitness that she prioritizes her recovery days, as they have a lot of benefits for her body. "Recovery is very important with how much we train," she says. "Rest for me is No. 1, because I need my seven to eight hours of sleep every night. And whenever I can get body work done, like a massage or chiropractor session, I do it."
