Morris posted a photo of herself spending time in the water, in a scenario very much resembling the cover of her latest album. Read on to see 7 ways Maren Morris stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing-Suit Photos!

1. She Had A Wake-Up Call

In a 2019 interview with Women’s Health, Morris opened up about her past struggles with her body and her health. She said that she went through a bad break-up that led to her wellness and health declining. Luckily, she then had a wake-up call that allowed her to change her lifestyle. “I didn’t look at my body like it was healthy — when you’re going through emotional turmoil, it’s hard to eat. That was a wake-up call: I need to address my mental and physical health.”

2. She Eats Healthy On Tour

It can be difficult to stay healthy when you have a busy schedule. Especially for a singer like Morris, who has to travel for tours and shows. However, Morris says that she makes sure to eat healthy when she’s on the road. “When I’m on there, I make it count,” she said to Women’s Health. “I know I’ll feel awful if I don’t eat right after burning all those calories in the show.”

3. She Hates Squat Lunges, But Still Does Them

Morris told Women’s Health that although she hates doing certain exercises, she sticks with them, since she knows they help her. The singer cited one particular exercise as an example. “Squat lunges are the worst,” Morris said. “They’re so hard because that’s the area I need it most — my thighs and” backside.

4. She Motivates Herself

Morris says to Women’s Health that her goal is to “look like Tomb Raider,” and she says that she has a trick to keep herself moving towards that goal. She says that she keeps a photo of actress Alicia Vikander as Tomb Raider on her phone, and looks at it whenever she has unhealthy cravings. “This is what I have to look at every time I unlock it — if I’m at a bar, or eating a French fry,” Morris said. “So that’s motivating.”

5. She’s Comfortable With Her Body

Morris’ trainer, Erin Oprea, tells Us Weekly that the singer is comfortable with her body, even after welcoming her first child in 2020, and isn’t in any rush to lose weight. “She doesn’t have this, ‘I want to bounce back kind of mentality,’ which I freaking love, after having a baby,” Oprea says. “She has this, ‘I want to feel good, but I still want to love life.’ And I think it’s cool. My goal for her [is] slow and steady, enjoy the journey.”

6. She Plays Fitness Games With Her Trainer

Oprea tells Us Weekly that she likes to make Morris’ workouts as fun as possible. She says that the two of them like to play fitness games during sessions. “My philosophy is to try and turn fitness into games. So we play lots of fitness games.”

7. She Started Therapy

After seeing Lady Gaga in A Star Is Born, Morris told Women’s Health that she decided to start going to therapy. She says that she saw a lot of similarities between her life and Lady Gaga’s character, and wanted to prevent some of the things that happened in the film. “I had to go to therapy. Not the substance abuse part, but there were things that happened to [Lady Gaga's] character that happened to me. That movie rocked us both. We were like, 'We can never end up like this. Cool?'"

Maren Morris is an extremely successful country singer. She first made waves in 2016, with songs like, “My Church”, “80s Mercedes”, and “Sugar.” She then appeared on the Zedd & Grey hit, “The Middle” in 2018. The next year, she released her album, “GIRL”, which included hits like the title track and “The Bones”, and became a member of the group, The Highwomen. This week, Morris shared a photo on her Instagram story of herself lying in bed writing her Billboard speech. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Maren Morris stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She’s Treating Her Depression

Sertraline,Word,Wooden,Cubes,On,A,White,BackgroundShutterstock

Morris opened up about postpartum depression and how she’s treating it on The Howard Stern Show. “I think I was just starting to make very little sense to myself and to people around me. I felt useless in the way of I couldn’t work. I couldn’t tour. Everything got canceled.”It’s a tough one when you’ve done something for so long to not think that that’s you, even though you love it and it makes you a living, that’s not who you are. So separating those things was helpful, getting on Zoloft was also really cool.”

2. She Shaves Her Face

Morris has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed a unique treatment she has on Twitter. “Ok, going a step further, I also shave my face. I learned it because Amy Grant said it once at a talk 5 years ago and she doesn’t age. I’ve been shaving ever since. Men age gracefully because they shave everyday. Marilyn Monroe also shaved. Like, literally no one asked, but it’s Twitter, so f*** it. After years of stage makeup, the only thing that’s worked for my skin is doing microneedling every 2 months. It’s been 2 years since I’ve had a major breakout, even through pregnancy.”

3. Morris Works with Trainer

Morris works with trainer, Erin Opera, to help her stay fit. Opera shared some of Morris’ fitness secrets in an interview with E! News. “She has been playing tennis,” Opera revealed. “I encourage clients to do their cardio outside of me. Sports are always the best way because when you're chasing a ball, you're not thinking about cardio.”

4. She’s Motivated

Opera talked about working with Morris to E! News. She says that the singer is extremely dedicated to staying in shape. “She's a strong woman and she knows what she wants. She's driven. When she decides she wants to do something, or she has a vision for something, she's going to make it play out. She's a strong confident woman. She won't put up with s--t. Nobody can put her down or boss her around.”

5. She Took Things Slow

Maren.MorrisMaren Morris/Instagram

Opera talked about how Morris lost the weight from her pregnancy to E! News. She says that she had Morris take things slow. “Nutrition was the biggest part. A big part was letting her just enjoy her baby. Just be in the moment and with time, it will all come off if you stay consistent. You can do all these crash things and get it off that way or you can do a slow, steady pace. I always say slow and steady wins the race. If you do it slowly, you're not going to feel deprived.”

1. She Loves Fish

When it comes to her diet, Morris revealed on Instagram that she’s a fan of fish and seafood. Morris posted a series of photos from a night out at a sushi restaurant, including oysters and tuna. She captioned the photo series, “You are what you eat.” "For many years, the American Heart Association has recommended that people eat fish rich in unsaturated fats at least twice a week. The unsaturated fats in fish are called omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients in fish may benefit heart health and reduce the risk of dying of heart disease," says the Mayo Clinic. "Some people are concerned about mercury or other contaminants in seafood. However, the benefits of eating fish as part of a healthy diet usually outweigh the possible risks of exposure to contaminants."

2. She Enjoys The Water

55th Annual CMA Awards - ArrivalsJohn Shearer/Getty Images

Morris spent her summer in Tennessee with her old friends from Texas, and one of her activities included spending time on the water. Morris shared a series of photos on Instagram in July, which include her swimming with friends, and spending time on a boat. "The good news is that the fresh air and open spaces provided by the outdoors encourage families to be active together. Research has shown that kids that come from an active home environment are more likely to be physically active when they get older. Active families are healthy families," says ACE Fitness.

3. She Plays Golf

According to this photo on Instagram, Morris and her husband like to go to the golf course. She captioned the photo, “Tutorial on how to get a great photo: don’t let your husband take what you think is a great photo.” "Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and rotated slightly outward, and with your knees slightly bent. Hold your spine relatively straight. Your trunk should be tilted forward, but most of that movement should come from your hips. Avoid hunching over the ball, which may lead to neck and back strain," says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Plays Tennis

In addition to playing golf, Morris is also a fan of playing tennis. She shared this photo on Instagram of her at the court. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," says ACE Fitness.

5. She Uses A Personal Trainer

56th Academy Of Country Music Awards - BackstageJohn Shearer/Getty Images

In order to get in shape for her 2018 wedding to singer Ryan Hurd, Morris revealed that she started using a personal trainer, and that it really helped her wellness routine. "I'd always worked out really intermittently and done yoga and hot yoga but had never really used a trainer before, and I really wanted to get toned," she said to Women’s Health. "I didn't necessarily want to lose weight, I wanted to feel strong, so I definitely do feel strong now, which is nice."

6. She Eats Healthy Breakfasts, Especially On The Road

It can be difficult to eat healthy while on tour and traveling, but Morris tells Women’s Health that she makes it work. Morris says that she has a go-to healthy breakfast recipe, "I just make three egg whites, a piece of whole wheat toast, and some blueberries—and coffee, always.” She also says that she eats most of her daily carbs in the morning.

In an interview with Health Magazine, Lambert opened up about her approach to fitness and diet. She says that she doesn’t like to have a strict plan and goes with the flow. “I don't have any rhyme or reason to my fitness routine or dieting. I’ve been on every diet. Every time I did low-carb, I would gain [the weight] back so quickly. Sometimes I have a couple weeks where I just drink beer and eat cheeseburgers. And then I’ll go, 'That was fun, but my stuff doesn’t fit.' Then I’ll spend a month doing Pilates or riding a lot and running."

2. She’s Comfortable

Lambert is all about being comfortable with herself, especially when it comes to her weight and body. "It's so good to find your place," she said to Health. Singer Raye is on a vacation in the Maldives. She made sure to hit the beach, and get some photos for Instagram. In a recent post, Raye posed in a black halter swimsuit with cut-outs. Her impressive figure was on display. She captioned the post, “Only ting kissing me is the sun.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Raye stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s Focused On Quality

When it comes to her music, Raye isn’t worried about how well it sells. She tells The Guardian that she’s focused on the quality of her work.“What actually should matter is having artists who build fanbases and sell out shows and stream music, regardless of what genre it is,” she says. “Having a Top 10 is not defining. What it showed me was that we were aiming for two completely different things and we always have been. What makes them proud isn’t what makes me proud.”

2. She Doesn’t Compromise Herself

Celebrities Visit SiriusXM - February 14, 2023Santiago Felipe/Getty Images

Raye opened up about her career to Glamour. She says that she is in a place where she doesn’t compromise her work. “I'm so proud of the fact that it's an album I've created where I haven't had to compromise at all on what my vision is. I'm fully in control of my career for the first time in my life, and I'm fully in control of this music, and that has just been the most rewarding feeling. This is my first body of work, and it's just the beginning for me of an amazing journey. I know it, and I'm so excited.”

3. She’s Working On Forgiveness

In her Glamour interview, Raye opened up about her mental health. She says that she is working on forgiving others. “A big part of that, to be honest, has been forgiveness. I think if I wasn't able to truly let go of things that had hurt me in the past, I think I would be a really bitter person.”

4. She’s Letting Go

"Raye: My 21st Century Blues" Album Launch Dinner At JOIAJed Cullen/Dave Benett/Getty Images

Another thing Raye has done to help with her mental wellbeing is letting go of past feelings. “I think I am luckier than most in that I've even been able to process and let go of some things that have hurt me,” Raye told Glamour. “I know some incredible women who are still so shaken by their traumas and fears.” Raye also says that songwriting has helped her process things. “I think maybe it's also the beauty of being able to write music and find healing through sound and lyrical expression, and I think releasing some of these songs in this album will be a real healing experience for me too.”

5. She Speaks Out

Raye isn’t afraid to speak out, especially when it comes to songwriter rights. “I've been speaking out about songwriter rights because it's so wrong and because the general public has zero idea what really happens or how it works, and they don't even realise that songwriting is a career,” she explained to Glamour. “Songwriters are the most unprotected and disrespected community in the entire music industry - especially for an industry based on songs. It's been something I've been speaking passionately about, and the industry absolutely hates it!”

Isabelle Mathers
Isabelle Mathers/Instagram

Isabelle Mathers knows how to turn fitness into fashion. The influencer and model has built a massive following through her stylish collaborations, and her latest collection with CSB is no exception.

Recently, Mathers gave fans a glimpse of her go-to workout looks, modeling sleek two-piece sets in soft toffee and blush tones. The brand captioned the post, “Our fit checks until further notice 🤎 toffee & blush by @isabellemathersx now live.” While she looks effortlessly chic, her fitness routine isn’t just about style—it’s about fueling her body with the right foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

From nutrient-packed meals to balanced eating habits, here’s a look at how Mathers stays in top shape.

She Loves Avocado

Mathers makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In this photo, she is seen eating a salad with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic says that avocado is very healthy. “Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both.”

She Loves Cucumbers

In the previous Instagram story, Mathers included cucumbers in her salad. Cucumbers are very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Yes, cucumbers are a great part of a healthy diet! Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium.”

She Loves Tomatoes

Mathers also put tomatoes in the salad in her Instagram story. According to The Cleveland Clinic, they are very good for you. “One cup of tomato juice offers 45 milligrams of vitamin C — about 75% of an adult’s daily needs. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps boost your body’s immune cells that fight infection and prevent free radical damage to your healthy cells.”

She Loves Lettuce

Mathers naturally included lettuce in her salad. Lettuce is really good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Lettuce is chock-full of antioxidants. These food chemicals protect you against free radicals, which cause inflammation and may contribute to eye diseases, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Research shows that eating a small side salad before your main course can help you feel fuller. As a result, you eat fewer calories during your meal. Findings suggest that starting your meal with a salad can lead to weight loss or help you maintain a healthy weight.”

She Loves Tuna

Lastly, Mathers included tuna in her salad. Safe Beat says that tuna has a lot of health benefits. “Tuna is rich in potassium, which is known for lowering blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids in combination with potassium bring an anti-inflammatory effect to the cardiovascular system, which in turn benefits us by lowering blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attacks.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk.
