She Works Out Her Whole Body

Callejón makes sure to work out her entire body. She shared some of her favorite workouts in this video on Instagram. Callejón is seen doing lower body exercises like kettlebell squats and leg lifts. She's also doing arm and core workouts like burpees, side planks, and arm touches in a plank. She Circuit Trains

Callejón likes to circuit train as a way of staying in shape. She shared her new routine in this Instagram video. Callejón captioned it, "Today starts a new phase of training and feeding @flor_de_keto. (I'll upload the latter in my stories). Heat Entry: 10mn of bike with some charge.

Callejón makes sure to do cardio workouts. In the same Instagram video, Callejón revealed that she likes to use a stationary bike. Callejón says she does, "10 mins of smooth cycling." She also shared this video of herself doing sprints.

She Gets Enough Collagen

Callejón makes sure to take care of her skin and body. One thing she does is take collagen. She promotes collagen in several Instagram posts. She captioned this video, "Why do I take collagen? Because since the age of 25 every year we lose 1.5% natural collagen (you're counting)."
